Teleurstelling op het einde van onze vakantie

Tijdens ons recente verblijf zijn ons enkele zaken opgevallen die mogelijk als verbeterpunt kunnen dienen. Allereerst viel de kwaliteit van het ontbijt enigszins tegen; zo waren de gekookte eieren koud en erg lastig te pellen of appelsienen die nog vol putten zitten. Daarnaast vonden we het beleid omtrent de vroege check-in opmerkelijk. Er werd een toeslag gevraagd om eerder op de kamer te mogen, terwijl wij van mening zijn dat een kamer simpelweg beschikbaar is of niet.

Ook wekte de prijsstelling van de dranken enige verbazing, aangezien de prijzen in de bar aanzienlijk hoger lagen dan in de hotelshop. Verder misten we complementaire koffiefaciliteiten, een service die we van andere hotels (zoals Scandic Molde) wel gewend zijn en altijd erg op prijs stellen. Tot slot merkten we dat de service aan de receptie niet altijd even consistent was; de klantvriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid wisselde helaas sterk per medewerker.

Bad experience😔
Pros:

My room had a very old bed that creaked, and we slept poorly. I don't think furniture like this should be in a hotel. The room was very poorly cleaned. There were footprints on the floor, dirty faucets and sink, and a toilet with old film. There was a couple of centimeters of dust behind the TV and dust and mold on the windows behind the curtain. The shower vent was clogged with dust. The housekeeping service was very poor. The rest of the staff, reception, bar, and breakfast were all very nice and welcoming. I booked two nights, but we didn't stay the second night. I really like this chain of hotels, but this time we had a very bad experience.
