Guests booking a nonrefundable rate requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Please be aware that for reservations (Bed & Breakfast board only) on the 31st of December there will be an additional charge of EUR 12.50 per person for the Brunch. Rooms were okay nice balconies but room wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived reception was quite rude and unhelpful,

Pros:

- la gentillesse des barman du bar ainsi que ceux autour de la piscine.
- parmi le personnel de ménage, contact très sympathique avec 1 employée.

Cons:

- employés pas a l'écoute des clients.
- pas de professionnalisme au niveau des employés de la réception ainsi qu'au restaurant.
- trop bruyant pendant la nuit avec des jeunes qui tapaient les portes, qui chantaient et qui criaient. Malgré mes plaintes a la réception en expliquant que j'avais un enfant, qu'il n'arrivait pas a dormir, le personnel n'a jamais donner suite.
- ménage minimaliste presque inexistant a part les linges de bain souvent changés.
- téléphone de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas.
- une prise dans la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas.
- tuyau du lave-vaisselle qui s'est débrancher en inondant le coin cuisine.
- vaisselle insuffisante et les poêles de mauvaises qualités.
- poubelle cassée.
- animation plutôt adaptée au sexe masculin, pas pour les femmes. Et celles des enfants, trop enfantines, rien pour les enfants de 10 ans et +

Wouldn’t return due to bedroom issue and staff

Cons:

Was given the wrong room booked . When told to staff they were very rude. Wasn’t until booking.com got onto hotel it was resolved. First 3 days spent in a standard room. Strong smell in toilet, cleaners walking into rooms when do not disturb sign up , two single beds given.

Good , BUT 2 AC not work so thats why we feel to hot , we are not happy. 1 days 3 time we request, and after next day also 2 time we requested for repair AC BUT DONT CARE ANY ONE , its very bad happy days
