We really liked the pool and restaurant area. The location was also very good. It’s very close to the beach.

Cons:

The rooms could be more modern and clean. All in all, it was okay. Breakfast was alright, but it would be nice to have different options every day.

Odeur d'égouts dans la chambre mais je oense qu'il y avait un problème dans l'hôtel car nous avons été relogés la 1ère nuit dans un hôtel du groupe à 200m (hôtel plus luxueux)

Wheelchair accessible room granted but received a normal room twice! No compensation! No apology!

Nettes hotel, ruhige lage, schöne frühstücksecke morgens draussen am pool. Das Restaurant personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption ist inkompetent.

Cons:

NICHT ROLLSTUHL GEEIGNET! Angeblich ein angepasstes Hotel aber die Rampe für den Haupteingang ist nur für schmale Rollstühle und agile Begleitpersonen geeignet. Das WC bei der Rezeption ist komplett ungeeignet für Rollstuhl, es hat nicht einmal Haltegriffe, der Rollstuhl ist zu Breit für die Tür zum WC Abteil. Zum Frühstücksraum und Pool gibt es eine Stufe ohne Rampe, sodass man immer Hilfe braucht (Personal an der Bar aber sehr nett und hilfreich!). Darüber hinaus habe ich ein "wheelchair accessible room" angefragt, was bestätigt wurde. Bei Ankunft haben wir dann jedoch ein normales Zimmer bekommen, wo gerade so der Rollstuhl durch die Türen gepasst hat aber es hatte keine angepasste Dusche/WC/Waschbecken und das Zimmer war extrem klein. Da wir drei Tage später noch einmal eine Übernachtung gebucht hatten, wollte ich wenigstens für die zweite Nacht ein entsprechendes Zimmer bekommen, aber dies wurde anscheinend schon vergeben (obwohl auch das vorab per email reserviert und mir rückbestätigt. Die erste Rezeptionistin bot an, beim Schwesterhotel nachzufragen. Am ende musste ich drei tage immer wieder nachfragen, jeder neuen Person an der Rezeption erneut und mehrmals die Situation erklären - nur um wieder ein normales Zimmer zu bekommen bei der zweiten Nacht. Sehr unprofessionelle Rezeption, ohne Übergabe zwischen den Schichten und keine Entschuldigung für ihren Fehler.

Pros:

I really enjoyed spending my vacation at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly to all guests, and you can tell they work from the heart to make sure everyone is happy.

The rooms look great and have been recently renovated. The location is amazing, just a 2-minute walk to the sea, and you can even see it from the room (not all rooms have a sea view, but ours did).

The dinners were excellent.

Cons:

The only downside I noticed is that the walls are very thin, so you can hear what's going on in the corridor.

Lovely gardens in the sun with lots of sun beds. Breakfast room and food was good.

Cons:

Room was very basic but comfortable, balcony overlooked a derelict building. It was a standard room so I’m sure the better rooms were smarter.

We had a great time! A great value for money!
Pros:

We did like the breakfast, it was tasty, warm and everything was healthy. There were different options, so it was super.

Cons:

The coffee was quite poor and it could be newer. It lacks a little renovation. The walls are thin, so we could hear everyone while trying to sleep.

Gut geeignet für 1-2 Nächte, flughafennah
Pros:

Wir hatten einen insgesamt angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der schöne, einladende Garten- und Barbereich sowie das nette und zuvorkommende Personal, das stets bemüht war, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Das Badezimmer war modern und ansprechend gestaltet.

Für 1–2 Nächte ist das Hotel dennoch gut geeignet, insbesondere aufgrund der praktischen Nähe zum Flughafen.

Cons:

Weniger überzeugend waren für mich die sehr hellhörigen Zimmer sowie die recht weichen Betten – das ist allerdings Geschmackssache. Auf meinem Balkon befanden sich zudem zahlreiche Taubenhinterlassenschaften, was den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt hat. Im Badezimmer ließ sich das Fenster nicht öffnen, was langfristig hinsichtlich der Belüftung problematisch sein könnte.
