Ofrece muchos servicios como gym, supermercado, tienda, buffet, tiene la piscina y la animación para los que prefieren quedarse allí.
Los trabajadores eran súper amables.
Éramos prácticamente las únicas españolas y eso hacía que todos estuviera dirigido a extranjeros. Se hablaba en inglés en los espectáculos de la noche, de primeras te hablaban en inglés y los horarios del buffet también estaban dirigidos a sus preferencias.
Staff were very friendly......the maintenance guys were just so prompt when asked to fix something ..were on it straight away. Lovely relaxing hotel, reception staff were fab....nothing was too much for them, thanks for a lovely holiday THB FLORA.

Camere sporche, pulizia in tutto l’hotel pari a zero, colazione scadente e posizione non ottima per chi non ha auto. Hotel da 3 stelle ma lo considererei un 1 stella
Lovely clean contemporary complex with large pool , pool bar and great breakfast provided . The rooms were modern and clean with a great shower . Great staff . I had no complaints . I would definitely stay again .
Just the walk at night up the hill but easy to get a taxi.

The views from the pool area are amazing, also lots of facilities, The breakfast is great (except the juices with too much sugar), nice to walk around and a lot to do (just remember it's high up, so lots of walking up or just take the bus that comes every 30 mins or so).
The age of the rooms show, the old door locks that didn't feel to safe, the little rust stains some places, the deep layer of ice in the fridge and the floor that never felt too clean. Also some noise from the staff early in the morning.

Easy access to all parts top of hill great breeze at night quite night busy during the day the staff are quite helpful as I had for the first time inn my life a problem with bookings and flights from jet 2 normal great service but this time got some really unhelpful people straight at the airport 2 flights no comp just what ever treated very badly.lost £800 over a 5 day period .

Staff were incredibly friendly, the pool area near the bay was really nice to sit and chill, both in the eating area and around the pool. There's a little shop too close to the pool area around the corner, which you can assess near the shop on the hotel grounds.
And had fun activities for people in the pool around certain times of the day. And the food was also delicious from the pool bar. Also great cocktails too 🍹😋.
I didn't go into that particular pool, so can't say how the temperature was.
I loved the fact that you could assess the pool by via the tunnel, as I was on the other side of the street to the main part of the hotel and bar. So saved the hassle of using the card for the gate. Definitely appreciated that.
Also highly recommend eating at Kentia, down the road. Food is beyond amazing 👏🏻 🤩 😋
The temperature of the pool across the road on flora tbh II .
It was freezing 🥶 tp the point where i couldn't breathe for a minute or 2, as it the temp was a big shock to my system.
You may state this on your website.
But its genuinely the only thing I would have changed if I could.
