Absolutely fabulous, highly recommend 👌🏻
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly, the pool area near the bay was really nice to sit and chill, both in the eating area and around the pool. There's a little shop too close to the pool area around the corner, which you can assess near the shop on the hotel grounds.
And had fun activities for people in the pool around certain times of the day. And the food was also delicious from the pool bar. Also great cocktails too 🍹😋.
I didn't go into that particular pool, so can't say how the temperature was.
I loved the fact that you could assess the pool by via the tunnel, as I was on the other side of the street to the main part of the hotel and bar. So saved the hassle of using the card for the gate. Definitely appreciated that.

Also highly recommend eating at Kentia, down the road. Food is beyond amazing 👏🏻 🤩 😋

Cons:

The temperature of the pool across the road on flora tbh II .

It was freezing 🥶 tp the point where i couldn't breathe for a minute or 2, as it the temp was a big shock to my system.
You may state this on your website.
But its genuinely the only thing I would have changed if I could.

It was very accommodating with early check in and any requests

Cons:

The wait for beds in the morning . Sunbeds are locked until 10am.

The pool are was nice

Cons:

Lots of complaints from start to finish. Not clean when we arrived cobwebs in corners and dusty. outside apt also not clean. Problems with ceiling and toilet leaking in bathroom. AC not working properly. Rusty fridge, doors very worn and tatty looking. A few apartments apparently broken into. Very far up from main strip. For the money they charge it was very disappointing. Probably one of the worst places we've stayed in Lanzarote.

Totally enjoyable.. no complaints 😁
Pros:

This has been our 5th stay and we love Flora11. We’ve had pool views every time. The cleaning staff are excellent. All staff have been friendly and helpful from Reception to lifeguards.

Hotel was booked in November for June the very least they could have done was email us to make us aware of the situation

Cleaned everyday fresh bed sheets and towels

Cons:

Property was having renovations done while we were there no gym, no spa, no walk under to the other side was blocked off so had to cross the main road everytime my son wanted to use the other pool
