Great stay overall wonderful hotel and wonderful staff I would advise take extra money to tip because they deserve it !!

Everything about it was great and convenient area and the staff were all so nice I would definitely stay there again

Cons:

What i didn’t like which was more so booking.coms fault is that when I booked it said the breakfast was included and when we arrived cuz my sisters also booked with the same amenities thru the site they told us it was no for me and one other and only was for one of our other sisters room and also wished they at least had microwaves in the rooms besides that it was a great stay overall

Cons:

This was a property that was completely far from the Sheraton quality we are used to in Europe. I don’t know, maybe this is normal in America, but I can say that Sheraton was only a name on the sign.

Since the windows in the rooms cannot be opened, the rooms are quite stuffy. There is also a noisy air-conditioning system; the motor inside the room makes a lot of noise.

Overall, everything feels old and tired.

There is a smell of food on the floors, along with some dampness. In general, the ventilation of the building is not pleasant either.

Using the shower is genuinely difficult. There is no handheld shower head; water only comes from a fixed overhead shower.

The minibar in my room was also working noisily.

This is not a place I would stay at again. It was also a disappointing experience for the Sheraton brand. I can say that it was nothing like any Sheraton I have stayed at in Germany, France, or Turkey. The ones in Europe are ten times better.
