Good Location, but the Room Was Too Small for the Price

Acceptable for a one-night stay. Pleasant breakfast. Good location.

Cons:

The room was extremely small. I checked in at the scheduled time, but the room I had originally been assigned on the 4th floor was still not ready. I had to accept a room on the 1st floor instead, which had very little natural light.
Considering what the hotel offers, I found the price quite high.

Die Lage ist perfekt, 15 Minuten zur Piazza Maggiore! Parkplatz im Innernhof, sehr gutes Frühstück mit einer sehr freundlichen Bedienung, Dachterasse!

Excellent Location but Hotel needs TLC
Pros:

Our main reason for choosing this hotel was the location in the old city. We requested a balcony, which we received, and it overlooked the back of the hotel and the courtyard. Our bed was changed daily, which was a lovely touch. Chiara, our host and owner, was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The bus stop to Bologna Centrale was very close to the hotel. Lovely little bars and a supermarket were a couple of hundred metres from the hotel. The bed was large and very comfortable. Nice to have air conditioning. The room had tea and coffee-making facilities and a free safe.

Cons:

The bedroom was small and dark. The TV had no English news channels. The small fridge wobbled when you opened it. There was only one electric socket for the kettle, which I had to remove to charge up my iPad and phones.

Breakfast was buffet-style and a reasonable choice. However, I had to ask for milk with my cornflakes. The cost of 12 Euros was expensive if you are a small eater like me.

The hotel is a very old converted monastery, and it needs additional attention to bring it up to more modern standards.

Gostei de tudo ! Ótimas instalações, cafe da manha excelente e funcionarios muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Máximo foi um querido. Me ajudou muito.

Wunderbar!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr nettes Personal. Zeitlich sehr flexibel bei der Zimmerteinigung. Gute Betten. Geräumiges Zimmer. Schöne Dusche und Badezimmer. Sehr ruhig. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer waren die Spiegelbeleuchtung kaputt. Zuwenig Platz zum Kleider aufhängen. Wir haben zum Glück 6 Kleiderbügel mitgenommen. TROTZDEM HABEN WIR UNS SO WOHLGEFÜHLT, DASS WIR GERNE WIEDERKOMMEN!
