Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό, ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό, πρόθυμο και πάντα διαθέσιμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Το επίπεδο του σέρβις ήταν πολύ υψηλό και γενικά νιώσαμε ότι όλοι προσπαθούσαν να κάνουν τη διαμονή μας όσο το δυνατόν πιο ευχάριστη. Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από τη συμπεριφορά και τον επαγγελματισμό του προσωπικού.

Cons:

Αυτό που δεν μας άρεσε ήταν το πολύ χαμηλό ύψος σε συγκεκριμένο σημείο του μπάνιου της σοφίτας, το οποίο ήταν περίπου 1,70 μ., ενώ το δικό μου ύψος είναι 1,80 μ. Κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής ο σύζυγος μου χτύπησε δυνατά το κεφάλι του δύο φορές στο ίδιο σημείο. Θεωρώ απαραίτητο να υπάρχει εμφανής προειδοποιητική σήμανση και κατάλληλη προστασία, ώστε να μη συμβούν παρόμοιοι τραυματισμοί και σε άλλους επισκέπτες.

Fantastisk plassering hvis man ønsker rolig ferie, men likevel ha ‘alt’ tilgjengelig. Personalet var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. God frokost med bra utvalg. Gratis solsenger på stranda, vi fikk også nyvasket Beach towels hver dag 🤩
Helt supert for store og små.

Cons:

Det eneste vi reagerte på under oppholdet var at badet var litt dårligere standard enn både rommet og hotellet generelt.

Absolutamente todo, el hotel, la limpieza, las habitaciones y la comida fantástica. Nos quedamos con el buen hacer y la atención excelente de su personal, del primero al último te hacen sentir como en casa. Sin duda un sitio al que volver cada año. Creta es precioso pero alojándote aquí la experiencia gana un 100%.

Great stay, would book again but with some specific requests now we have stayed there.
Pros:

Great location to the beach. Staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Facilities were great and everything was well organised and clean.

Cons:

Location from the town wasn’t great. We didn’t anticipate we would have a spiral staircase in the room which was a bit unsafe with a 2 year old. Childs pool could have done with some cover for shade and the shower was quite low with the bathroom ceiling being quite low.
