Fantastic location with tons of dining options nearby. After eating out, we stopped by the hotel bar and the service was excellent — our bartender was attentive to every table and the bar top all night (didn’t catch his name, but he was great).
Special shout-out to Harlee — she checked in on all the guests, was warm and welcoming, and clearly went above and beyond. All the staff were great, but she really stood out.
Great location, great team. Highly recommend

The Jacksonville Sheraton Hotel staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Laura and Sherman fixed a problem we had at check in. Not only were they accommodating, they were also kind and patient. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. The decor, rooms and atmosphere were beautiful.

Here for a national track meet at UNF with four adults. Due to the heat we’ve needed many showers but housekeeping continues to be poor. We had one day of our four with beds done and towels. The only bright spot has been the great breakfast buffet and front desk workers Bre and Casey.

Really helpful staff while we stayed locally due to our AC going out. We had to have late checkouts while deciding each day to book another day. The fact we could bring our beagle was everything. I would recommend this hotel
now to everyone! it was clean and comfortable and the bar and breakfast was good. The service by Bre S was the best 10/10 compared to everyone else. she’s a class above the rest.

When checking in with Maria, she welcomed myself and my family with such warmth. I discussed with her my worries of my toddler not having his own area away from mom and dad to sleep (yes, I know, 1st world problems for sure). Maria so kindly upgraded us to a suite. Unbelievably kind of her. She also have such good conversation and my almost two year old son adored her. He didn’t
