Pefect location hotel not a perfect located room

Location was perfect

Cons:

Where we were staying on the ground floor, you could here the reception staff every morning from about 5/6am speaking really loudly, laughing ans joking etc- the room did come with some ear plugs though so i popped them in ans manged to sleep a little easier.

Lovely stay, perfect place to get back to from a busy London.

Localização excelente. Funcionários muito solícitos e amáveis.

Cons:

A limpeza era precária, os carpetes do hotel e habitação tinham aspecto de sujo. As toalhas tinham cheiro de curry y fritura. As habitações do primeiro piso tremiam quando passava o trem, impossível descansar a noite, tivemos que pedir troca de quarto porque foi impossível descansar na primeira noite.

Ideal location if coming by Ferry or you want a good central hub.
Pros:

Great location and lovely staff. Located beside a main train line and also the underground. Nice stroll down to Leicester Square

Cons:

Room could do with a re-fresh, as in wash the curtains (they had some old stains) and could do with a new mattress, it was dipped on one side - did not disrupt my sleep, but prob past its best. But the room was overall clean and tidy.
