Id definitely stay here again. Super close to Euston Square Station and bus stops. They have luggage storage which is quite useful. They quickly responded to special requests.
The staff were such a dream. Everyone was easy to talk to and would gladly accomodate our request. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Initially, I had put down a request for a double bed room for my husband and I with our 9 month old son. However, they had given us to single bed room which did not sit well with me at first. Fortunate enough there was a room available so they had gladly moved us into that room. When I had asked for any drinkable water in the facility they happily volunteered to give us clean and fresh water at anytime whenever we wanted. At no extra cost to us! Such a bonus and very helpful when we asked for them to boil drinkable water for our 9 month old. On day two of our trip, I had a flu which happened to cause chills at night. Reception was quick enough to respond when I had asked to increase the temperature in the room by giving us a portable heater. I could not thank them enough. Because of that small gesture I was able to sleep soundly that last night. Overall, my family and I had a great experience. We were well looked after. And I was glad to have choosen The Wesley. I would def recommend to fam and friends and we will def be back for future travels. Kuddos to the well spoken and accommodating staff. All my thanks to you all. Xx
I suppose the only thing I found bothersome and boring was the tellie. It would have been great if tellie had access to things like Disney +, Netflix and Prime Movies. As a foreigner, I could not really relate much to the entertainment and news (politics and etc) happening in the UK. When I had the flu, we had to stay indoors for me to rest and recuperate. We would have enjoyed a good movie on that occassion. Also, there wasn't any child friendly shows that our son could watch.

No instructions for thecAC - so a bit hot. Will be nice when the kitchens are completed.

I paid for breakfast in advance but they didn't serve it. Still didn't get my money back. It caused me a big issue as I was with a toddler

The air conditioning in the room was broken and was running at full power without the option to switch it off, which made the stay very uncomfortable. When I requested to change to a room with functioning air conditioning, I was informed by staff that all other standard rooms were fully booked and that the only option was to upgrade to a suite at an additional cost. However, this was not true, as standard rooms were still available for booking on Booking.com at the same time and at the same price I had paid.
In addition, the room was significantly smaller than shown in the photos and had an unpleasant smell.
Overall, my experience was very bad, and I would not recommend this property.

We arrived before official check in time and dropped our bags without issue.
When coming back to the hotel after our meeting the collection of bags and keys was smooth. Room was clean and tidy, with tea, coffee and biscuits provided. The following day, we once again left our luggage to enable us to enjoy the city in comfort and with the hotel being so close to Euston it was an easy detour to collect them on the way back to the station. We had had a quote for leaving 2 bags at the station who wanted £30 - so having the facility to leave a bag was great!
To be honest we spent so little time in the hotel itself I didn't find anything that I didn't like.
Clean and good room size
Staf were friendly, (although we arrived at 1pm and were told there was no way we could check in until 2pm, even though we weren't asked for names or booking to check if our room was ready.)
Bed was comfortable.
Location was good - 20 minute walk to Kings Cross.
Paid for a superior room, on check-in we were told that the window doesn't open but there is air-con. No problem.. although there was no window. Just a fake one facing over a wall. Half of the sockets did not work, including one either side of the bed. There is a green emergency light that cannot be turned off that illuminates the whole room, meaning sleeping in darkness is not an option despite the lack of a window. The bathroom has a big glass window to the bedroom so when the bathroom light is switched on during the night, the room is furth illuminated.
The Wesley is a lovely and convenient place to visit. The staff are always lovely, and helpful.
The location for visitors arriving via Euston - perfect!
Love the hotel, staff and environment. It is undergoing renovations in the kitchen, May 2026 ? June .. . So no food service . However - Euston Station near and a couple of accessible cafe’s for breakfast .. so all is well !
Very friendly, very clean. Great check in time (2pm), however we were early & room was ready. Online check in as we travelled to London.
