Points North Apartments is getting a face-elevator!. This involves the exterior of the building being washed down, and a fresh coat of paint. The good news is that your view should not be interrupted, as the works will be done by abseilers (no scaffolding). While you may notice a bit of noise and activity Monday to Friday between now and the end of April 2025. We will do our best to minimize any disruption during your stay. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our property for your future enjoyment.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

Everything. 9th floor. Lovely beach/ocean views. Well appointed 2 bed ensuite apartment.

Cons:

Even on ninth floor still bit of noise. Could hear the megaphones from the beach.. Hopefully can choose higher floor next time (23 storey building).

Very comfortable in the perfect location
Pros:

Location and views are incredible. You don't have to drive. The beach and everything else you could possibly need is at your doorstep. The apartment has everything you need and more. Spacious and very comfortable.

Cons:

The pool and spa area is currently closed,which we knew in advance. The building is a little old and may need an uplift soon but that didn't impact our stay.

What a view!
Pros:

Fabulous views and in a perfect position. Handy for supermarket,cinema and a variety of cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

The property is currently under new staff and they have a few teething problems in the cleaning department. Staff wonderful in sorting out any problems.

Very disappointing views with hot bedrooms and very loud, very noisy air vents in the bathrooms.

Clean apartment but that's about it.
Very disappointing.

Cons:

There are noisy exhaust fans in each bathroom that operate automatically and constantly. The noise is unbearable and it is very difficult to sleep.
We were so excited for our holiday from the pictures, but despite paying top dollar$600 for just 2 nights, we were stuck on a lower floor (5) overlooking a very loud pool/ water pump house. No air-conditioning in the bedrooms making it hot and uncomfortable with unbearable noise coming from the bathrooms. Little sleep. Wasted money. Better value elsewhere. So disappointed.

Great location, beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Didn’t need a car whilst staying at the apartment.
