Wonderful location just 10 min away from San Marco Square. Hotel with history and beautiful details in rooms and dining area, marine theme inspired, slightly old, but very charming. Amazing views onto lagoon and the sunset. Wonderful breakfast, which you can also enjoy outside. The staff was very kind and helpful. Steps away from Arsenale Biennale exhibition and a short walk to Giardini. Easy to get there from the airport with a boat - the Arsenale stop is 2 minutes away. If you want a more calm placement in the city yet still be in the center - this could’t be a better option. Really enjoyed my stay here.

מלון בוצ'ינטורו (Hotel Bucintoro) הוא פנינה אמיתית בוונציה. המיקום שלו ברובע קסטלו (Castello) פשוט מושלם: הוא נמצא ממש על קו המים, מה שמבטיח נוף פנורמי עוצר נשימה של הלגונה ישירות מהחדרים (חוויה בלתי נשכחת להתעורר אליה בבוקר או לצפות בשקיעה). המיקום מציע את הטוב משני העולמות – מצד אחד הוא נמצא במרחק הליכה נעימה וקצרה לאורך הרציף עד לכיכר סן מרקו, ומצד שני הוא מרוחק מספיק מההמולה והצפיפות של מרכז התיירים, מה שמאפשר ליהנות משקט ומאווירה ונציאנית אותנטית.

Excelente ubicación, a pesar de saber que la habitación era pequeña disfrutamos de tremendas vistas y con muy buen variado desayuno, muy cerca de la parada del alilaguna

Cons:

Das Hotel bezeichnet sich als behindertenfreundlich. Aber die Suite mit Terrasse, die wir gebucht hatten, lag im 6. Stock. Der Fahrstuhl ging aber nur bis zum 4. Stock und in den 6. Stock führte nur eine steile Treppe, die mein Mann mit seinem Rollator nicht bewältigen konnte. So konnten wir die Suite nicht nutzen.

Fab views and friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

A lovely smallish hotel so not impersonal. Rooms reminded me of cabins and the view from our room 404 had fantastic views across the lagoon. Only a 10 minute walk to St Marks Square. Staff helpful in booking restaurants and very friendly. Would return on our next visit.

Trip to Venice
Pros:

I came with my wife to Venice for 3 nights, and 4 days.
We stayed in hotel Bucintoro in San Marco.

It was a lovely hotel, away from the tourist bomb, with a local vibe to it.
Walking distance to all the tourist attractions in San Marco and San Polo.

The team were amazing especially Paolo and Stefano Fiore.
They helped book me a private speed boat from the airport to the hotel (50 yards walking to hotel), as well as booking a couples massage, a concert in Chiesa della pieta to enjoy Vivaldi’s Quattro stagioni violin masterpiece, and much more.

The room was clean, with an all marble bathroom, attentive house keeping, and delicious breakfast.
There is a seating area outside to enjoy an early morning coffee, or an aperol in the afternoon.

When we come back, no doubt where we’ll stay.

An excellent hotel
Pros:

Everything about the hotel Bucintoro was excellent.
The staff were really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were happy to arrange restaurant and trip bookings on our behalf.
There was a huge variety of very tasty and different food at breakfast time.
Our room was perfect. Cleaned daily and it had four windows each with a view of the water.
All round brilliance!
