Bardzo przyjemne miejsce
Pros:

Hotel trzyma bardzo dobry europejski standard. Obsługa bardzo profesjonalna a czystość i jakość pokojów nie pozostawiają nic do życzenia. Bardzo dobre miejsce aby zatrzymać się w Pradze. Jednocześnie ogród na dziedzińcu hotelu daje bardzo przyjemne odczucia.

Cons:

Ciężko szukać minusów w tym pobycie, Jeden kelner nie za bardzo posługiwał się językiem angielskim, ale ostatecznie przyniósł co trzeba. Nie mam w zwyczaju narzekać, jako że chłopak się mimo wszystko starał.

Excellent place - highly recommended!
Pros:

Location is excellent. Staff is very attentive and courteous. As a married couple with a 2-year old, the garden is just perfect to hang out safely (the peacocks were a plus, and our toddle loved them!). The room (we had a suite) was also perfect for our needs with the little one, including a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast is very nice too, as are the cocktails. The place is so nice that we made another separate booking a few days after checking out, extending our stay.

Cons:

Service at the restaurants was often a bit too slow. Also the spa area is closed for children due to there being constant high heat (not just in the saunas but everywhere), which is something we were not expecting. We basically could barely use the facilities for this reason. Lastly, breakfast has some chargeable items like the Eggs Benedict, which is something that, having been to many other hotels of this calibre before, we found a little odd and unorthodox --- but not a deal breaker (the quality of the non-chargeable items was very good).

Exceptional hospitality, outstanding service, and a luxury experience made even better by Clara’s exceptional care.
Pros:

Our stay was excellent overall. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located within walking distance of Prague’s main attractions. The suite was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. Clara at the reception was absolutely amazing—professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. After we experienced a water leak in the suite we had originally booked, she handled the situation exceptionally well. She upgraded us to a better suite and, as a thoughtful gesture, included complimentary breakfast and a wonderful dinner at Le Grill. Her professionalism and kindness completely turned an unfortunate situation into a memorable experience. She is a true asset to the hotel.

Cons:

The only issue during our stay was the water leak in the original suite we had booked. However, the hotel responded quickly and professionally, and the way the team—especially Clara—resolved the situation exceeded our expectations.

למרות שהיה מיזוג בחדר, בגל חום הכבד והקיצוני שהיה בימים שבהם שהינו בפראג, המזגן לא היה מספיק חזק והיה די חם בחדר. מניח שבכל תקופה אחרת ומזג אויר חם זו לא אמורה להיות בעיה.
