A localização era fantástica, o quarto excelente, o pequeno almoço também muito bom e variado. Os funcionários muito cordiais e expeditos. O jardim é lindo apesar de ser rodeado por todos os lados por prédios.
Great location on a quiet street close to the centre of the Old Town, Very clean and a lovely garden terrace at the back of the hotel. Friendly doormen to greet you every time you came back to the hotel.
Air Conditioning didn't work properly for the first two days and could only be switched on or off from the technicians office. Turndown service only happened one night of the three. Only on departure did reception apologise for the issues we experienced.

The pool was closed for repairs.
Все было хорошо, персонал в отеле очень вежливый.
В ресторане при отеле была напряженная обстановка. Долго ждали, кода же принесут еду. Официанты делают вид, что не знают русского языка ( стараются говорить на Английском), хотя все разговаривают на русском. Видимо это особенности отношения к Россиянам.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Frühstück hervorragend, eine besondere Note verdient die Terrassen-Option im Hotelgarten, inklusive Pianist, zumindest am Wochenende. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch der Spa-Bereich ist herausragend, ebenso das Zimmer.

La chambre en duplex très agréable lorsqu’on vient en famille, le petit-déjeuner dans le jardin avec un pianiste qui joue pour vous, l’amabilité du personnel, la qualité du buffet

Very clean hotel, the staff was very helpful and super friendly. Special thanks to the concierge guys, the recommendations for the restaurant and hairdresser were absolutely great. We are coming back
Nothing
This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
We were able to walk a short distance from the train station. We were greeted by genuine staff. I’m not sure why we were upgraded but our room was fantastic. The food and service was exceptional. We were able to walk everywhere only using a taxi once to get to the castle but walking back was downhill and easy.
The spa pool was closed for repair
