The location was excellent. The hotel was a 5-minute walk to the clock tower and other main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room to a suite, and it was amazing! The garden restaurant is beautiful. The food was also good. Mr. Bilel was super accommodating and responsive. I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Prague.
Nothing really.
I was upgraded to a higher-category suite. The room was spacious and elegantly furnished with classic furniture. It offered a view of the street, and the bed was very comfortable.
Housekeeping entered the room several times to deliver items that had previously been forgotten, which was somewhat disruptive and annoying.
The breakfast staff were very formal and did not provide a particularly friendly or warm welcome. In addition, the selection at the breakfast buffet felt rather limited considering the price charged by the hotel.

Semplicemente meraviglioso! Una suite a dir poco perfetta: accogliente, spaziosa e pulitissima. Il servizio è stato impeccabile.
Tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile e professionale: dal portiere Belel, alla reception, sia diurna che notturna, fino agli chef e ai camerieri. Un servizio davvero ineccepibile, sempre attento e disponibile.
Una menzione speciale va alla colazione, curata con un’attenzione per l’ospite davvero al di là di ogni aspettativa: prodotti freschi, grande varietà e ottima qualità.
Consigliatissima anche la cena proposta dallo chef italiano: una cucina davvero raffinata, delicata e curata in ogni dettaglio.
Un soggiorno semplicemente meraviglioso, in un ambiente dove ci si sente accolti e coccolati. Un’esperienza che porteremo con noi e che consigliamo assolutamente!
Ad essere davvero pignoli, l’unico piccolo appunto riguarda il servizio in camera: trattandosi di un hotel 5 stelle, ci saremmo aspettati il cambio degli asciugamani e la preparazione della camera per la notte (turndown service).
Per il resto, davvero nulla da eccepire: il soggiorno è stato semplicemente meraviglioso.

Allt var bra men så hade vi en svit också.
The hotel is position in the centre making it easy to access local attractions etc. We were immediately welcomed by a member of staff as we pulled up in the car. They took care of our luggage whilst we checked in. The bellboy then took our luggage and escorted us to our suite. Staff were very professional and welcoming. The hotel offers a range of services and we also enjoyed the resident peacocks. The food was off a very high standard and we were delighted to find al a cart breakfast e being available.
The only disappointment throughout the visit was at dinner, which started very well but the service descended towards the end. I had asked for a dessert wine but unfortunately, I had finished my dessert by the time arrived with the wine. I therefore asked for an I instead, again, by the time it had arrived, my partner had finished their coffee and so i rejected the coffee too. A disappointing end to an otherwise wonderful experience.
La chambre est parfaite et tout est de bon goût, raffiné et neuf. Il manquait un peignoir dans notre chambre
Tout est parfait sauf le petit déjeuner où le jus d’orange frais est en supplément… dans un 5 étoiles je n’ai jamais vu ça. Le buffet présente bien mais au final ce n’est pas génial, le choix n’est pas assez vaste… et tes tables sont trop proches du buffet et les chaises très lourdes.
