Experienced IHG club member here with decades of experience, and stays all over the world on IHG properties. Booked a stay here to go see Shine Down at the MVP. Got a call from hotel the day before, stating that our jacuzzi room was not available due to a plumbing issue, which was obviously frustrating. Whatever stuff happens. Its how they fixed it that showed their superior customer service skills, and the reason I keep coming back to IHG. The manager immediately, got u another room a class down, but highly discounted it for us, and gave us enough points for another nights stay. Not only that but they gave us early checkin , and late check out. When we got to the hotel our room was ready to go. Let me tell you IHG properties are normally clean, but this one (our room especially) was IMACULATE! The beds were supercomfy, and I really would like to know where they get their pillows, I'd like to purchase some..LOL. Breakfast was run perfectly, despite the fact that they were fully booked with some giant baseball convention. Really one of the best properties I've stayed at all in all, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you for a nice weekend!!

Stayed for one night. The layout is odd, as if two buildings were tied together by a hallway with several turns. The room was ok...clean, bed comfy, shower well lit but water pressure could have been better. We chose this property over others on Wolf road because we thought it might be quieter. Unfortunately traffic noise was not blocked and we were woken up at 4:30 am by garbage pick-up.

Can't think of a thing.
Breakfast was fine, although I'm not much of a breakfast person. I generally don't book for free breakfasts as it's not important to me, and in fact I only took advantage of it once out of my four nights there. What's important to me is a hot tub, and their's was broken (something not mentioned on website or when I checked in).
Other than the manager lady who ghosted me for four days and condescending front desk lady, the rest of the staff was excellent. Especially the nighttime front desk gentleman, Scott who went above and beyond.
Communication from management. And hot tub broken.
On day one, I went to the pool area to have some relaxation time in the hot tub only to discover the hot tub was broken and not useable. This was the only reason I booked at this particular hotel, since many of the hotels in the area at similar prices do not have hot tubs but only pools.
I complained to a maintenance guy and he very nicely suggested I should ask the front desk to move me into a room with a jetted tub since that was the only reason I booked this property.
The woman at the front desk was not very helpful, but the night time guy, Scott really tried to do all he could to help me get into a different room so I could enjoy the rest of my stay. He said he was waiting on management to get back to him but they never did. I went through booking and they also spoke to Scott who told them he was waiting on management approval to move me. The manager never did respond to any of my messages, or to Scott's request or Booking's request, for that matter. I don't know what was wrong with the woman, I literally saw her there, but she acted like she had better things to do than speak to the likes of me.
This infuriated me. I was willing to pay the upgraded price for the room but for her to just simply ignore me the entire four days I was there? Unacceptable.
Breakfast was good. I love the location... nice quiet neighborhood.... and a Walgreens across the street...Plenty of parking and very well lit...Overall you got my next future stay.
I didn't find anything out of the ordinary... the staff was very friendly.... the property was clean... I love it...
