Pros:

I had to fix the toilet in the middle of the night, the beds are hard as rocks and the woman daytime desk person is not friendly. I won’t be back to this place

We needed trash taken out and cleaning service but the policy didn’t allow that until 4 days of a stay. They were unbending on the policy

Pros:

Rooms were clean and easy to get around in with my walker. I needed a toilet raise and it was made available. I surely appreciated that extra help. The breakfast is TOP NOTCH.

Cons:

Some of the furniture was too short . One closet wasn't wide enough for our suitcase. Nothing major.

Do not stay here, horrible experience
Pros:

This place was a horrible experience. The people in the room next door fought all night we complained about it and nothing was done. It sounded violent as well. Room service never came and we stayed 4 nights. The front desk people were rude.

Great location - we will stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast had a variety of choices. Staff was responsive when needed extra items: towel, kleenex, TP.

Cons:

Bathroom sink had a leak which we did not figure out the source until several of our bathroom items were soaked. Maintenance was sent up the day we checked out.

Pros:

Check-in was so fast and easy!!!! The bed was amazing!!! I love that the rooms already have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Would've like a hair dryer in the room but otherwise, the stay was perfect!
