Pros:

The room was beautiful! Staff was super friendly. Very very clean

Pros:

Location
Clean
Room with trundle bed is great with kids with enough space that we are not squeezing by each other

Cons:

They now charge for garage parking
Even though I requested two sets of sheets for the trundle sofa bed (2 kids), I had to call the front desk. Then they only brought one set of sheets and had to wait again for the other set of sheets. Of course, we made the trundle sofa beds

Chose this hotel specifically because we had stayed at a Springhill before. The staff

was very friendly and very helpful.

Comfortable, quiet room in a convenient location
Pros:

The location is convenient to shopping and the interstate. The room is spacious and comfortable. The stay includes breakfast.

Cons:

Bed was a little lumpy and it would help to extend breakfast past 9:00 AM.

Convenient location close to many shopping malls and WashU
Pros:

I booked a room with 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed. It was very spacious and had enough room to keep my son's luggage from college. The microwave was helpful too.

Cons:

Since the room had a microwave, the hotel should have provided 2-3 mugs to heat up tea and coffee. Also, the disposable flatware was very flimsy.

Pros:

The staff were exceptional. They made the difference. There are plenty of options in the area for lodging, but we would return to this hotel because the staff were remarkable. They truly cared about their work rather than just doing work. This is extremely rare today!

Cons:

I would have liked a more meaningful kitchen in the room.

Pros:

The staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. From the front desk to the breakfast bar attendants everyone was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent!
