Clean room
Internet didn’t work at all! Pool was closed! Breakfast was sub par!
Staff were very friendly.
The Wi-Fi access was very spotty most of the time I couldn't connect. Then to top it off the pool and hot tub were closed and you could tell they've been closed for a while but it was advertised online when we booked that they had a pool. The queen bed we had was broken but they did give us another room. I think it needs some major upkeep.
Breakfast was good
The buildings outside is cracking and looking pretty rough but the staff keeps the inside clean
The room was spacious and location was good.
None of the amenities worked. Pool hot tub washer and dryer were out of order. Place had a foul odor. Mold or mildew maybe both was growing in the air vents
The pool was not open. The night staff when we checked in was rude. The washer and dryer were not working.
The breakfast, although small, was pretty good.
I had to wait forever for someone to come to the front desk. He did not tell me anything about breakfast times or any info about the hotel. Both the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance which was the main reason I booked the hotel. Also one of the beds in the room was broken. If you sat on one side the other ends would rise up and it was super shaky.
The breakfast was the best part of the stay. All of the hot food was tasty.
The pool and hot tub was closed. The exterior of the property needs maintenance (painting, weeds cut down under outside steps, rust in the chrome areas of the bathroom. The bathroom hand towels were badly stained. The AC in the room was exceptionally loud with vibrating louvers made it hard to go to sleep. The motel is very overpriced for what it delivers. It feels more like a $70 night instead of $150 night. This property appears to lack any pride or integrity. You're not warned about the pool/hot tub closure when booking. It's not until you see the signs on the hotel check-in lobby entrance (with misspellings). It states temporary closure and it has been closed for a very long time. Lastly, there's no one available in the lobby late in the evening to take care of issues when you have one. Whether it is or not, it feels like avoidance.
Breakfast was great. Thanks to Reyna
No pool, no hot tub, no elevator, no washer or dryer, no phones, no movie nights. Not happy.
We had a hot breakfast. Plenty of food, and the woman who prepared breakfast was very kind, helpful, and upbeat. We liked her very much.
When we arrived a young couple behind the counter asked me to write down my credit card number and CVV number since the Internet was down. I wasn't comfortable with that, but I showed my confirmation email that both rooms were paid for. After asking to speak to the owner, the female told us the owner wasn't answering the phone, and after continued refusal to show them my card, she gave us our keys. Later that day, the male asked for my card again because my card had been denied. I told him I hadn't paid there but through Booking.com. He still said there was a problem, but he could fix it by giving my card a refund and then recharging my card. I didn't understand but gave him the card so he could. He did something with it. Then, after I asked for it, he gave me a receipt for the new amount. Nervous about this, I called my credit card company and I discovered he hadn't refunded or recharged anything, and the charge from Booking.com went through and was just fine. She suggested, since he now had my credit card and CVV # to freeze my account, which I did. This really is the only reason I would not stay here again. Well, also the fact that he told us the pool & hottub haven't worked since the new owners took over. They really shouldn't advertise that they have it, but that wasn't as big of a deal to me as my credit card. Could have all been a misunderstanding, but something just didn't feel right.
Asked for joining room for our grandson that didn't happen , our TV and the shower head was broken tried to upgrade they wanted more money they dis fix the TV theres mold on the ceiling the hot tub and pool was both closed worst experience ever we will definitely not stay here again .
It is a nice property with an elevator.
It needs some updating
Location
Very run down. Pool & hot tub were not working. Ceiling was literally falling on the bed. Brown recluse spider in the room. Smelled musty. Breakfast was mediocre at best.
