The room was basic and could do with a bit of maintenance. The curtains were hanging off the tracks, it felt damp in the room and bed (even though we were having 30 degree weather). The shower was freezing and wouldn’t warm up. Bed was uncomfortable. These issues were reported to reception. We received a ‘sorry’ but no option to move room / shower elsewhere.
Staff were lovely. Comfy bed. Super powerful shower.
Mold on the shower curtain and ceiling above the bath around the extractor fan, but didn't bother me too much. Hair dryer did not work but the staff were quick to give us a replacement.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Room was modern and clean and also was air conditioned which was nice as it was very hot that day. Nice powerful shower.
The only issue was the beds were not the comfiest.

When I was given my room it was very pleasant but my neighbour next door played their TV extremely loudly. I love to read but going this impossible. The receptionist was very helpful and found me a new room on The rest of my stay was very good and for a lady on her own I found this hotel very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again as it gives me loads of opportunities to visit more places. It was very clean and laundry was of a good standard.

The room was of a good size and clean; check in was seamless and the staff were very pleasant.
Looked like it had been fairly recently refurbed but lost its way part way through - dressing table area but no chair or mirror. The beds and bedding were pretty poor to be honest but requests for extra pillows were met swiftly by the staff who were there to please.
We didn't do breakfast but did an evening meal - nothing to write home about really and we wouldn't dine in the evening again unless there was an improvement with the menu more than anything

No hairdryer, no headboard. Curtains seen better days. tv blaring out in bar hallway and restaurant - my food irder misheard. I left early, couldn't wash my hair in case couldn't get a hairdryer - had to get ready at my destination. Won't be back.
Hotel very clean and good size rooms. Staff very attentive. Location on a very busy main road , and access to nearest bus stop bad. Continental breakfast limited offerings. Bathroom basin had no stopper, and staff were not able to remedy this problem for me. TV not instant switch on and off, needed members of staff to programme in channels.
The room wasn’t clean there was spider web on hangers and lights. The bed meant to be king size however its two single been combined together.
