I was shocked to see, why it was not cleaned up and strange smell was in our room. We noticed it right when we checked in, although when we reported it, it was sorted!

It was unclean. Rooms were bad.
Rooms and washrooms were not neat. Wc and wash basin area were not tidy
Breakfast was good.
Bar Manager Mr Narendra Singh and one server a Sikkimese girl was excellent.
I tried to contact Hotel telephonically before arrival, but nobody bothered to pick up or call back. Very very poor response.
Reception on arrival was very poor. The girl manning the counter was kind of multitasking paying little attention to us and did not brief us either about the wifi or other facilities entitled to us.
