Important information:

Guests must wear a swimming cap in the pool. Swimming caps can be purchased at the Spa's front desk at an extra cost of EUR 7 each.

Please be advised that Spa access is free of charge for one daily access for maximum 1 hour each access, and subject to pre-scheduled booking/reservation. You can enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, turkish bath and tropical shower.

We provide towel(s) for use at Spa Circuit during your stay, upon delivery of card(s) at check-in. Failure to return these at check-out costs €15 per card.

Spa: Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 21:00.

Restaurant: close on sunday´s for dinner and monday´s for lunch and dinner.

Please note that the half board does not include drinks. Children from 2 up to 9 years old have a 50% discount.

Pros:

Gostei da localização, gostei do conforto, da decoração e do quarto. Gostei imenso da piscina e do ambiente depois do anoitecer, mas também logo de manhã com o sol a querer entrar. Gostei do pequeno almoço bem português. Gostei dos roupões para o spa.

Cons:

Não gostei da temperatura da água, demasiado fria para uma piscina interior (26 graus!). A sauna às 19 horas estava sem luz (mas de manhã já tinha luz). A casa de banho não estava impecável (como mostrei na receção pelas fotos que fiz). Nem sobre a temperatura da água nem sobre a limpeza ouvi uma palavra de compreensão (desculpe, tinha servido) mas ouvi "cada um tem a sua sensibilidade" ou "vou comunicar aos meus colegas"

Pros:

Really loved the food top rate, it was so good in the restaurant we didn't bother trying anywhere else. Very unlike us. Very large comfortable bed, good size rooms with blackout curtains ideal for a great night sleep. Aircon worked perfectly. Spa experience was a lovely touch each day, if there longer would have tried a treatment. Most staff helpful. Ideal location for our trip, 10min stroll to the Sanctuary, 3mins to bus terminal, lovely quiet area. I would stay here again. On request I was able to have a kettle in the room.

Cons:

Not everyone is a coffee drinker should be a question asked by hotel do you wish to have coffee machine or kettle available for the duration of your stay. Received kettle but given no cups so had to take same following morning from breakfast area. No commonsense used by worker giving me the kettle with no cups.
No recognition or attempt to remember a person when asking receptionist about booking spa times daily (same person as above). Comes across unfriendly or uninterested. When compared to food area they were very friendly and attentive even saying hello outside of the building when not working - Gold star work.
Just a small thing - bigger towels for spa area would be better and check those attending wear their hats.

Wirklich tolles Hotel!
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel das ich in Fatima schon des Öfteren gebucht habe. Von den Zimmern über die Sauberkeit und der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist alles top!

Cons:

Leider war diesmal vom Personal vor allem an der Rezeption keine Herzlichkeit dabei, schade!
