Location was great and the staff was amazing.

Cons:

Parking was very difficult. While the room was spacious and clean, the mattress wasn’t great and the shower was tiny. Could barely move around in the shower without banging my elbows.

Pros:

Мястото е много добро, до фериботния терминал и микробусите за обикаляне на острова и Капрера. Персоналът е много любезен. Стаята ни беше готова и ни настаниха преди началния час.

Cons:

Стаята е малко тъмна, няма светлина. Има повече шум, но е нормално предвид местоположението.

Comfort, Cleanliness, and Convenience at Hotel Excelsior
Pros:

My guide and I thoroughly enjoyed the location, convenience, comfort, cleanliness, and staff friendliness. The breakfast was plentiful. The best compliment I can give is that I am planning to return with a friend at the end of September.

Cons:

I was not able to get on the hotel internet because I was given misinformation by the desk attendant. However, once I figured it out, all was well. Better late than never--however--better never late!

De ligging direct aan de haven! De ontbijtzaal lekker buiten met leuk uitzicht op de aankomende en vertrekkenden ferry’s

Onze kamer was was ongezellig aan de achterkant en erg ongezellig licht in de kamer.

A place to return
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Restaurants und Bars in Gehweite. Auch zu den Bootsverleih Firmen ist es ein Katzensprung. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Armatur in der Dusche ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und die Fugen könnten mal erneuert werden.

Il est situé face a la mer et proche de toutes les petites ruelles. On adore!
Facilités pour se garer.
Chambre agréable et climatisée. Bien équipée.
Le personnel dans son ensemble est sympa.
Très propre.

Cons:

Le petit dej mériterait un coup de jeune.
L’eau n’étant pas potable sur l’île, un bouteille devrait être offerte à chaque arrivant.

Compleanno alla Maddalena
Pros:

Posizione molto vantaggiosa difronte allo scalo e a due passi dal centro, quindi in area locali, negozi etc etc; reception con personale attento, gentile e con info preziose su spiagge e località. Camera pulita e dotata del necessario anche se di spazio molto contenuto. Una gentilissima e sorridente ragazza alla reception mi ha aiutato a organizzare la cena per il compleanno di mia moglie ed è stata gentile e bravissima nel farlo. Grazie

La totale assenza di un parcheggio o di un area riservata mette un po in difficoltà chi ha un mezzo, anche chi come me (biker) va in moto spesso impiega diversi minuti a trovare un parcheggio, non si può sapere a che distanza e le multe fioccano! Ma la vera tristezza è la colazione: la seconda mattina l’ho saltata proprio per la qualità bassissima dei prodotti, tutti confezionati, niente di invitante o caratteristico, né di dolce né di salato, con un personale che non si cura del tuo arrivo, non ti chiede cosa vuoi bere e se glielo chiedi tu ti risponde che prima devi dargli il numero della camera… di 4 stelle in questa colazione non c’è proprio nulla, né qualità di prodotto né cortesia del personale, vi consiglio di rimediare, grazie.
