Really good hotel near Raleigh-Durham Airport
Pros:

I flew into the RDU airport after 10:00 pm. After getting my checked bag, I called for a shuttle to the Cambria Hotel. I was there in about 8 minutes. I was greeted and was in the room in 5 minutes. The room was very spacious with a sitting area, bedroom, fridge, microwave and a Keurig. I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend the Cambria in Morrisville, NC for a comfortable stay near the airport and the Research Triangle Park.

Close to RDU Airport, highway and restaurants
Pros:

Despite the under 90% sanitation grade and a few necessary upgrades or repairs that need to be made it was not a bad stay. The pool and Bar were clothes and I'm guessing that has something to do with the sanitation grade. Breakfast was average for Hotel chain. They did have hot items like omelettes and different types of meats.

A good choice for quick access to RDU International airport
Pros:

I stayed here only to catch an early morning flight. Plusses: Price was very reasonable. The property was clean and room was up-to-date. I had a quiet, comfortable nights rest. Free airport shuttle was prompt and efficient. Minuses: I arrived at 4 pm, had no transportation and on-site food was very limited. Many of the microwavable meals were out of stock, and there were no healthy snacks to speak of. Also the coffee maker in my room was defective and it's essential for me to jump-start an early rising. Luckily the lobby coffee was already available and it was very good. I didn't have time to sample their breakfast.

Cambria Shuttle Service (Paid) to get to and from RDU Airport
Pros:

This review is for the shuttle service they offer. We paid to park at Cambria and shuttle to RDU and after the trip to be shuttled from RDU to their hotel where we parked. JUST DON’T, after waiting 45 minutes we paid an uber to take us to the hotel to get our car. NEVER again! To my knowledge they never showed up after telling us they would be there in 5-10 minutes.

Old. Needs serious updating. Ac not working in most of the hotel. No coffee maker in my room. Breakfast was a disaster. Employees did not show up for work. I got food. Coffe was old and cold. Ceiling was leaking. Terrible experience. Will never go back to Cambria.

Great location very close to the airport. Good price that includes breakfast! The room was spacious.

Cons:

Furniture and fixtures looked dated. I couldn't get a toothbrush anywhere. Staff offered me toothpaste but no toothbrush, even for purchase. The vending machine on the 3rd floor seemed to be broken so I couldn't get a drink. And no bottled water was provided in the room.

Misleading listing, disappointing accommodations, and poor management response despite a helpful front desk staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel did not match the photos advertised on Booking.com. The pool has reportedly been closed for years despite being shown in the listing, and the bar shown online was not in operation. Both our original room and the upgraded suite were outdated and poorly maintained. The upgraded room was still dirty, missing a coffee maker, had lifted carpet creating a tripping hazard, and the shower did not function properly. Overall, the property felt neglected and was not what we expected based on the listing. When we requested compensation due to the condition of the hotel and the inaccurate amenities, management declined to offer any refund or credit.

Going the extra mile.
Pros:

Showed up late at night after flight cancellation with no toiletries. The hotel had everything but a toothbrush. Dominique at the front desk went the extra mile to find me a toothbrush. It was a nice end to abad day. I will stay again.
