Pros:

The room was completely updated and felt brand new. It was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Also, despite the parking lot being full, it was extremely quiet.

Perfect pit stop before or after travel - I’ll be back!
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with everything I needed (and more). The breakfast was generous and the staff very helpful (even helping my elderly mother with driving directions so she could pick me up).

Room lacking necessities. Front desk staff awesome. Shuttle rating -10. Would not stay again.

Front desk staff was excellent. They handled our issues perfectly, with great customer service skills.

Cons:

The shuttle driver was horrible. It was a shift change and he was late leaving. Well, he acted like it. I have small kids and he flew to the hotel like he was a New York city taxi driver. The front desk staff said the manager would contact me about this and I wish they would have because safety should be their top priority. Also, there was no soap anywhere in the suite. Not for the bathrooms to wash your hands, not even dish soap for the kitchen. Front desk handled the problem.

Great room, horrible breakfast, roaches everywhere on the premises.
Pros:

The ease of checking in, they accommodated for us and our 2 friends to be close to each other. The room wss very clean, I was worried about the roaches everywhere outside but I checked the entire room and nothing. The blackout curtains in the room were also very pleasant!

Cons:

There were roaches everywhere outside. Just sitting on the outdoor couch and 6 were crawling around the 5 foot area where we sat, then we walked to our room on the sidewalk and saw at least another 10 alive, huge and some dead. Very unsettling, rat traps throughout the inside of the facility as well.
