Pros:

La ubicación es muy conveniente, a distancia de caminata del centro, cercana a estación de metro y con una parada de bus literalmente frente al hotel.
La habitación es amplia, cómoda y con una distribución bien pensada. El baño es amplio y bien equipado.
Finalmente, el personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier detalle. La mayoría de ellos hablaban varios idiomas.

Gute Lage, Bahn und Bus in der Nähe.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Zimmer angemessen groß.

Cons:

Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und es wurde trotz Hinweis nicht behoben. Es war im April (!) teilweise so warm im Zimmer, dass man kaum schlafen konnte und wir das Fenster immer komplett offen haben mussten.
Die Kissen waren auch nicht bequem, aber leider gab es an der Rezeption auch keine anderen, die eventuell fluffiger wären.

The bed creaked and twitched terribly (the bed frame was not properly secured, which is why the bed creaked and twitched when turning), the pillows, and the shower had an unpleasant, persistent smell.
