Hi,

I wanted to share a few highlights from our stay:

The absolute best part was the checkout and check‑in experience. Daniela went above and beyond — she personally called ahead to our next Eurostar full‑service property and arranged a 10:30 AM check‑in for us. She didn’t have to do it, but she genuinely wanted our trip in Austria to be incredible. Thank you, Daniela.

Additional notes:
- It was very easy to get to from the airport.
- There was both upscale and budget‑friendly shopping available nearby.
- continental breakfast was absolutely incredible.
- Coffee shops opened at 7 AM, and pizza and shawarma were available until 11 PM on weekdays.

Great breakfast and ammenities
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet location, not exactly central, witch for Vienna is excellent, considering how busy the city can get. But that doesn’t mean is not accessible. There are modes of transportation to basically everywhere within a short distance. Moreover, the establishment is so complete, with great amenities, comfortable bed and great shower. And the breakfast was off the charts (considering European standards.). Lots of options, including healthy choices (don’t forget to try the yoghurt) and good pastries. The staff were always polite and accommodating. Wirth mentioning Clara from the front desk. She was incredibly kind and professional.

Cons:

In an ideal world, there would have more restaurants around the hotel, but that’s absolutely not their fault

Quizás, añadiría algo más al buffet o al menos un poco más de rotación, que haya pocas cosas pero al menos que cada día o cada dos días puedas probar algo nuevo

Great place to stay. Easy to get anywhere in Vienna.
Pros:

Good location – on bus routes, near tram route, not far from city centre. Shops nearby. Convenient for Belvedere. Very clean and comfortable. Staff super nice.

Cons:

Breakfast area is a bit soulless.
