The location is the only plus.
I booked a king junior suite - room 402 and my expectations were severely let down.
My issues:
1.The A/c in my room, while cold, would not shut its self off based on either high or low temps set.
2. My rooms smelled damp, had signs of water damage in bathroom, in ceiling, and bowing in floors.
3. The shower in my room had stains at every jet of the whirlpool. The shower also sprayed water all over the bathroom because of no curtain.
4. The design of the bathtub is unsafe for stability. The provided rubber bath mat for inside the tub was so stained it it was yellow and brown-unusable
5. No floor bath mat or towel was provided to stand on to dry off
6. Half the outlets in the room were not working
7. Missing faceplates on outlets are unsafe for children
8.My room 402 key reader was malfunctioning constantly and it took minutes to get it to read the keycard
9. There was drops of paint on mirror, in tub, on floor
10. No outlets within 10 feet of bed
This experience was at best a 2 star hotel. The hotel is pretty on the outside, crusty on the inside. The maintenance/renovation crew at this property have a lot of work to do.

el aire acondicionado ruidoso, no me advirtieron del concierto de musica que habia debajo del hotel y duraba hasta las 2 de la mañana, habitación ruidosa viernes y sabado por eso. La piscina no está bonita
La ubicación
La atención del personal, proporcionan un numero de whatssapp que nunca contestan, la atención del restaurante no es muy buena. Las habitaciones no estan bien aisladas del ruido exterior
Se encuentra ubicado en la mejor zona de Veracruz si te interesa conocer más de las tradiciones locales. A pocos pasos de la catedral, malecón, restaurantes, y plaza pública. Las noches de los fines de semana hay muestras de folcklore y salsa a unos pasos.
La alberca es pequeña pero funcional, para refrescarte después de un día caluroso.
En la alberca no hay servicio de comida/drinks, y no hay personal. Creo que sería un acierto.
En la noche puede haber un poco de ruido por la fiesta en la calle, pero realmente no fue problema para mí.
El hotel está muy bonito y súper bien ubicado.
El personal que te recibe el lobby es muy poco atento, no se comunican entre ellos tienen un mal ambiente de trabajo y se distraen fácilmente, dan una pésima atención.

La ubicación es excelente, la habitación impecable. El trato del personal es cortez.
En cuanto al lavabo ya esta algo viejo hace ruido la llave cuando la abres y cierras, la regadera sale con mucha presión.
