Conveniently located, slightly overpriced, bland hotel with great breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the U metro station that just a few stops from Alexanderplatz (to the east) and Potsdamerplatz (to the west). Excellent breakfast with a huge choice of cooked items, breads, pastries, cereals and fruit - impressive. There are self-service left luggage lockers in the dingy basement.

Cons:

One of the two lifts was broken during my visit (and had been for over a week) meaning tedious waits to get thrugh the building. The basement breakfast serving area is a little dingy and was also quite stuffy and airless # on the mornings that staff randomly decided to keep all the windows shut. Considering the big size of the hotel, the room price is rather high - perhaps this helps fund the 6 granola options at breakfast!

Отличный отель!
Pros:

Отличный отель, номер нам достался очень комфортный для 3-х человек - большой, причем кровать для ребенка была как бы в отдельной небольшой комнате. Завтрак стандартный для сетевого отеля - яйца, омлет, бекон, мясные нарезки, сыр, овощи, фрукты, отличный кофе и тд. Расположение вполне недалеко от центра в тихом месте.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Parkplatz war vorhanden. Die Ausstattung war vollständig. Preis Leistung okay. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Im Innenhof war es ab 8:00 laut weil gebaut wurde.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden war total fleckig und nicht sauber. Die Dusche war völlig schimmelig. Schwarzer Schimmel an allen Ecken, Kanten und Fugen. Das war eklig. So was geht gar nicht. So ein Zimmer kann man nicht vermieten! Erst renovieren und dann wieder an Gäste vermieten!!! Das hatte ich so nicht erwartet und bisher noch in keinem Hotel gesehen.
