Nice hotel if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and secluded. The room had a great ocean view and extremely spacious.
Very far from the town center. The bathroom wasn’t the best. Didn’t feel very luxurious.

The views at the Hacienda are spectacular and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly however we felt we were nickel and dimed from the instant we arrived. Beyond the soap and shampoo, there were no amenities in the bathrooms - no makeup remover, cotton balls, swabs - things you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Water could only be purchased at the pool - a pitcher for 7.5 euros - there was not a water station or any other opportunity to get water. Even the water provided in our room was only sporadically refilled. We often had to ask for it. There was no sunscreen at the pool. No one to set up the chairs. If we needed to order something we usually had to hunt someone down or go directly to the restaurant. Those "extras" you get from a five star hotel were non existent. When I booked the rooms, I accidentally put the wrong departure date, adding an additional day. I called immediately to reverse it but was only able to get a credit, not a correction in the charge. This worked out fine because we ended up spending the entire credit but it would have been a sign of good faith and good customer service if they had simply made the correction, especially since I realized my error and called them immediately. The icing on the cake, and where I am truly disappointed, was the surprise 10% service charge I was pressured into paying at 8am, as I was racing to get to my taxi and to the airport. The charge was excessive and something I have never seen at any other hotel (and I travel a lot). It was implied that the staff relied on the service charge and that not paying it was an indication that we were not happy with the service. We left feeling taken advantage of. Any good feeling we had during our stay was soured by this last minute and excessive up charge that we felt we had to agree to.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of my vacation.
The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing, the service is outstanding, and I felt welcome from the moment I arrived until the day I left. The location, the breathtaking views, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations.
I would especially like to mention Julien, who took excellent care of me throughout my stay. He has a remarkable sense for what guests need, offers thoughtful recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and excursions, and pays attention to the smallest details. His kindness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable.
Great staff are one of the most valuable assets of a hotel, and this is exactly what makes this place so special.
I left with wonderful memories and would be delighted to come back again. Regina.

La chambre n’était pas très bien nettoyer des cheveux au sol de la salle de bain et les draps pas nettoyer tout les jours.
Nous avions prévu un shooting photo de
grossesse de 30 minutes avec un photographe
recommandé par l'hôtel. Après nous être
organisés avec lui, la responsable de
l'établissement nous a finalement refusé l'accès
à l'amphithéâtre pour les photos, sauf en payant
2500 €, ce qui nous a semblé totalement
disproportionné pour une séance aussi courte.
Nous avons donc été contraints d'annuler le
shooting, ce qui a été une véritable déception. II
s'agissait d'un moment très important pour nous
et nous espérions repartir avec de beaux
souvenirs de cette grossesse dans un cadre
aussi exceptionnel. Une approche plus
compréhensive et bienveillante de la part de la
direction aurait été très appréciée.
Concernant le restaurant Eden, nous avons été
déçus par les portions des plats et des desserts,
que nous avons trouvées vraiment trop petites
au regard du prix. Habitués aux restaurants
gastronomiques, nous comprenons le concept
d'une cuisine raffinée, mais nous nous
attendions à des assiettes un peu plus
généreuses. Le rapport qualité-prix ne nous a
pas convaincus.
Disappointed with this hotel. It’s a decent 4 star hotel not a 5 star. Outdated rooms and furniture. Service could be better. Breakfast is not included. The lounge chairs by the pool are old and uncomfortable. The guest services person isn’t available. Overall disappointing and should not be advertised as a 5 star hotel
My wife and I, returned to Hacienda after a 12 year gap.
We hired a car and drove from the airport (around a 30 minute drive).
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left was magical.
Great rooms, food, staff and the views are insane. The venue and rooms are incredibly clean throughout.

The view!!! The view and, oh, the view!!! The amenities, the restaurant, the amazingly comfortable beds, the in room jacuzzi, the view, the staff, the food, the pools, the spa and the fabulous massage and facial, the view and, did I mention the view?
