Very bad experience
Pros:

The swimming pool

Cons:

Everything else, the stuff is not helpful, no manager to talk to and while I was talking and explaining my concern the receptionist left me alone talking to myself... no respect at all. The photos aren't the same as the reality, you need to update that in your booking application.

Comfy, cheap, good shower.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, good shower, very good price.
Friendly helpful reception staff particularly Mustapha.
I like the area of Founty.

Cons:

Noticeable nasty dank smell in reception on arrival, burn some incense!
I was offered a choice of 2 rooms and warned about noise from the nightclub, but I heard nothing and slept very well on the 3rd floor.
Sea view was obscured by a large partly built building, shame but Agadir is developing everywhere.

Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Cons:

Det är hög musik från 21 00 till 5 00, svårt och sova, kuddarna hårda, sängen också, finns inte bra köcksvarorna och spisen. Mycket ljudet och en del att gå till Okeanen,inte nära stranden, Okeanen hela tiden stora vågorna det går inte simma, smutsig överallt och gammalt, plus spisen från 60 talet går inte ens laga mat. Jag inte rekommenderar detta Hotell residens.

Personnel et emplacement bien mais équipements peu entretenus
Pros:

Personnel de l’établissement très gentil et accueillant, proche de la ville et de la mer, parking privé et surveillé.

Cons:

Les fenêtres ne se fermaient pas correctement donc on entendait la musique de la discothèque en dessous de l’hôtel.
