La ubicacion y atencion del personal
Despues de haber estado varias veces en el hotel, se aprecia un gradual deterioro, con cortinas sin lavar, ropa de cama mal mantenida y baño con mal olor desde cañerias
La comodidad, la limpieza , ubicación y la atención del personal en especial la señora del comedor que fue demasiado amable muy cariñosa y preocupada.
Todo lo encontré perfecto, es por ello que siempre reservo ahí.

Buen desayuno y una gran atención de su personal
No me gustó. Malísima experiencia.
Luego de haber reservado y confirmado un tipo de habitación el hotel no lo honró. Se le explicó y no hicieron nada al respecto. Actuaron con absoluta negligencia e indiferencia. El personal del hotel no tiene palabra.
El desayuno espectacular, habia muchas cosas ricas que no habia probado en ano al no vivir en Chile. La atencion extraordinaria, muy amables. La habitacion muy limpia, el bano super comodo, todo bien. Me he quedado en otros lugares donde se nota el deterioro de la humedad, en este lugar todo se veia impecable.
No tenia acceso a wifi en la habitacion, teniamos que salir al lobby

En la cabaña el desayuno era bueno, pero no permiten cambiar por el buffet.
La cabaña debería tener toalla de papel para limpieza de manos, superficies mojadas y derrames en el suelo
