Important information:

The resort fee is a Club Card which includes beach service, access to the swimming pool, entertainment activities and sport facilities (night lighting comes at extra charge). This fee is not payable for children under 4 years.

CLUB CARD
The Club Card, mandatory for all guests aged 4 and over, is due upon check-in.
It includes: entertainment and kids' club (from May 28th to September 24th), sports activities and fields (excluding paddle tennis courts), swimming pools with equipped solarium, and one beach umbrella and two loungers per room, regardless of the number of occupants.
From May 28th to September 24th: €10.00 per person per night.
In other periods: €5.00 per person per night.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Les piscines et les jardins sont magnifiques. Les activités semblent parfaites pour des personnes plus âgées.

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner, trop intense, normal vu le nombre de chambres mais la patience n’est pas donnée à tout le monde. C’est un détail :)
Une bouteille d’eau serait bienvenue dans les chambres pour l’arrivée des hôtes.

Prima voor een nachtje als je geen hoge verwachtingen hebt.
Pros:

De locatie aan zee met goede ligbedden.

Cons:

Zeer gedateerd, mieren op de kamer, chagrijnig en onvriendelijk personeel in de restaurants van het hotel. Niets zit in de prijs van de kamer. Overal moet je extra voor betalen.

Erwartungen zu sehr fairem Preis übertroffen!
Pros:

Tolles Resort, das für alle Altersklassen/Interessen (wir waren zu fünft zwischen 22 und 92 Jahren!) etwas bietet! Sehr freundliches, dienstleistungsorientiertes Personal von der Réception über das Reinigungsteam und die Poolaufsicht bis hin zum Service - TOP! Obwohl das Hotel viele Gäste beherbergt, verteilen sich diese auf dem riesigen, wunderschönen Gelände super (ausser im Restaurant). Unsere Erwartungen wurden rundum übertroffen und wir kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder!

Cons:

Grundsätzlich gibt es nichts zu meckern - wer jedoch beim Essen (eher Kantinenstil) nicht massentauglich ist, sollte vielleicht von der HP/VP absehen oder sich wenigstens einen Tisch ausserhalb des Speisesaals auf der Terrasse sichern (diesen behält man während des ganzen Aufenthalts), wo man wenigstens in ruhiger Atmosphäre essen kann! Wenn an den Buffets, trotz dem Ansturm, etwas sorgfältiger und mit etwas mehr Herzblut geschöpft wurde, hätte das einen grossen positiven Effekt auf die Wertschätzung des Essens bei den Gästen.

Pros:

Espacio grande, piscinas grandes.

Cons:

Instalacion vieja y anticuada. Pagué un cuarto con balcón y me dieron un balcón cerrado y lateral que solo podía ver el balcón del vecino. Dentro de la hab no dejan agua, no hay nada ni cafetera. El desayuno igual todos los dias, muchos dulces. Cama dura.

Pros:

La struttura era molto grande, con ambiente verde attorno molto bello e curato. Presenta una piscina grande e altre 2 più piccole, con davanti una piccola palestra compresa di tutto, e una spiaggia meravigliosa anche se l’acqua è un po’ profonda lì. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito dei campi da gioco che comprendono : tennis, calcio e basket (da quel che ne so) .

Cons:

Innanzitutto il Wi-Fi nella camera non prendeva, e anche in altri punti della struttura non c’era connessione né campo. Nella colazione solo il primo giorno che siamo arrivate c’erano pesche (abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni), inoltre anche riguardo a un dolcetto alla nocciola che purtroppo sono riuscita a mangiare solo una volta.
Negli ultimi 3 giorni c’era un’odore particolare credo di “chiuso” nei corridoi per arrivare alla camera e anche in bagno nonostante ci fosse la ventola e tenessimo sempre la porta aperta.
Nel Bar non fanno servizio al tavolo.

Schöne Anlage und Pool, man sollte italienisch sprechen.
Pros:

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Das Essen Abends war gut, das Frühstück ausbaufähig.

Cons:

Obwohl als Sprache auch deutsch angegeben wird, spricht niemand deutsch. Es ist alles sehr unpersönlich. Wir hatten sogar ein Geburtstagskind dabei. Keinerlei kleine Gratulation. Obwohl bei den Italienern sogar an Nebentischen kleine Torten und ein Lied geschenkt und gegeben wurde. Bei der Abreise wurde kein einziges Wort über den Aufenthalt, wie es uns gefallen hat, und eine gute Reise wurde auch nicht gewünscht.
Die Lautstärke im Speisesaal ist schrecklich.
Es gab nur Animationen und Kinderprogramme auf Italienisch.
