It was very pleasant stay.
Pros:

The property was clean and the employees were very welcoming. I enjoyed the ambiance in the lobby and my room was lovely. I also enjoyed my room due to the balcony views especially at night.

Cons:

I didn’t like the train next to the hotel because you could hear the train horn all day long. Also, the bathroom sink in our room kept backing up but all in all it was a wonderful space.

I was expecting more from the stuff.
Pros:

The pool was nice and clean

Cons:

At the location there was too many homeless people screaming in the middle of the night people just hanging out smoking been loud outside the hotel, I didn’t feel safe for my family. Some of the people that worked at the bar wasn’t too friendly I feel a little bit of racism towards us even though we tip pretty good, as a business owners we know how important is costumer service for us. I just didn’t feel welcome there anymore, this was our 3rd time saying there but this time wasn’t what I was expecting.

Pros:

Location was great,close to everything...

Cons:

A lot of homeless people and sidewalks smelled like urine....The lady in the cafe was somewhat rude when we asked for coffee stated " you gotta wait ,I'm busy" when asked about the coffee canister being empty and needing coffee

It did the trick, but I wouldn't choose to stay here

First shower was dirty, second shower sprayed water all over the floors. AC did not cool the room down below 72.

Pros:

Loved the room with the small balcony. Spacious, well decorated. Loved that the TV connected to phone via bluetooth for music.

Cons:

AC was not quite working fully. Never quite got as cool as thermostat setting. Food at the restaurant was okay, not great.

Wonderful Stay and Staff
Pros:

This boutique hotel is a hidden gem. It is in walking distance to the Convention Center and the shoreline. One of the most pleasant portfolio rooms in which I have ever stayed. The breakfast was amazing and included as part of my Marriott status. Any asssitance needed was just a minute away.

my room was pretty hot inside when we checked in and it wasn’t cooling down as fast so we asked for a maintenance check and for a fan as well
