Very comfortable stay- can’t fault the hotel.
Pros:

Very close to the station but extremely quiet. Very well maintained and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast.

Posizione strategica per visitare la città e a due passi dalla stazione. Personale gentile e attento ad ogni esigenza del cliente. Bar e negozi a due passi dall' hotel. Camera spaziosa e molto silenziosa.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa potrei dire che il bagno, confrontato con la camera, risulta un po' piccolo e senza il bidet

Hotel well situated, great staff
Pros:

Hotel well situated near the Porta Susa train station, the M1 and a bus terminal to quickly get to the Piazza Castello.
Large room (3rd floor), quiet.
Breakfast ok ( good selection of sweets)

Service above average: I needed an early checkout (my train was early) and the personal prepared an early breakfast at 6AM

Cons:

Wifi sometimes lose connections.

Overpriced - Hotel needs major renovation
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, but hey, no proper cafe? In Italy?!?

Cons:

Room was poorly soundproofed - you could hear every word from conversations in the rooms to the left and to the right of mine. Also strange smell in the room. The desk was not suitable for working there.
