Pros:

Great location, clean an friendly staff

Cons:

Noise in the night (early morning) when garbage is collected, woke us up. But all other things where so nice, so it is a minor thing.

Luxury and excellence in Naples Historical Centre
Pros:

It was perfect. I was in Napoli for a family bereavement unfortunately and the staff were incredible, very supportive and helpful. The breakfast is magnificent. The rooms were luxurious and very clean.

Pros:

Staff was great throughout. Location great, steps from spaccanapoli, yet quiet. Our room in 4th floor was comfortable with nice view of vesuvio.

Hotel céntrico y muy agradable.
Pros:

Hotel muy céntrico, se llega a todos los sitios andando y en poco tiempo. El personal es muy atento y profesional. La habitación es grande y cómoda. Todo estaba muy limpio. El desayuno, aunque no hay mucha variedad, es correcto y todo estaba bueno.

Værelse med meget begrænset naturligt dagslys.
Bookede og betalte for balkon - ikke en mulighed ved indtjekning.
Fik filibuster om værelse med balkon nat 2 og 3 men ud til en trist grå mur.
Bunker af affald bare 2 meter fra hotellets hoveddør.
Opholdsområdet i lobbyen med bar var lukket og lys var slukket.
En skam for der var ikke et sted hvor man kunne sidde andet end på værelset.
Hjemløse lå og sov lige udenfor - der var beskidt og ikke særlig spændende. Det er muligt forpladsen ikke er hotellets ansvar men skal man føle sig velkomne ville det klæde hotellet at snappe et par gange om dagen.

Great hotel in a great location with excellent service
Pros:

The service, particularly Barbara at reception, was excellent. The room and location was ideal. The breakfast was also excellent.

Think it was slightly overpriced as there wasn't a restaurant and the bar was pretty basic.

מלון ברמה גבוהה ברובע ההיסוטרי של נאפולי קרוב למסעדות , בתי קפה, חנויות כמה דקות הליכה מויה טולדו, מיקום מרכזי אך שקט, רעשי הרקע מהרחובות לא נישמעים במלון. הצוות שירותי ואדיב מסייע בכל מה שיכול כולל טיפים הזמנת מוניות שמירת חפצים לאחר צי'ק אאוט.

Poderia ter sido boa não fosse o esforço e o risco para chegar ao quarto e ao café da manhã

Não há acesso para deficiente (meu caso) e o staff não se oferece minimamente para ajudar a suplantar às dificuldades. O s acesso à recepção, elevador e sala do café da manhã têm escadas sem corrimão! Tive que me apoiar em minha esposa, que se recupera de uma cirurgia de articulação do quadril!!
Carros não chegam à porta do hotel.

J’avais réservé très en avance de mes dates de séjour : nous avons eu notre chambre au 1 er étage : nous entendions ta voix stridente de l’accueil.. à côté de notre chambre y a l’office de stock pour les femmes de chambre…..
brefs pour plus de 300 euros la nuit j’espérais quelque chose de correct……..

Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera accogliente con un letto comodissimo, lenzuola stupende di cotone egiziano di alta qualità, idem i teli del bagno. Posizione perfetta per visitare il CENTRO STORICO di Napoli.
