Good location for travelling to the Rockies. Facilities not the best.

Good location. View of river.

Cons:

Would prefer more facilities eg, more than 1 mug (for 2 people), maybe some plates & cutlery. Handwash would be appreciated. Breakfast room is very small. I would prefer facilities for self catering breakfast.

Posizione bellissima sul fiume e strategica per le escursioni nelle zone circostanti

Cons:

Camere spartane e con il lavabo direttamente in stanza. Pulizia sommaria e superficiale. Finestre bloccate, per fare entrare aria occorre aprire la porta. Colazione scarsissima.

Good for Solo - Be Aware of Location
Pros:

Nice view out the window/room of the river and hills behind it. Room was clean. This was at the end of a week-long trip so I was pretty tired by then so I slept well. Had everything I needed. Easy check in and check out. It is close to main roads so it's easy to get in and out to get wherever you're going in Kamloops. :)

Cons:

Stairs only to second floor - in future I would request ground floor. There were signs that said 'no security on site - don't leave valuables in car'. So I felt had to be more aware of my surroundings and empty my car and bring everything inside. Be aware that the location is in a bit of an semi-industrial / small residential area so the street side is not very attractive and there aren't any useful amenities (place to eat, corner store, for example) within walking distance unless you walk through the industrial area, cross the railroad tracks via pedestrian overpass, and walk a few more blocks to the nearest cafe. So, for the nice view of the river these are the tradeoffs which may or may not be an issue.
