Unpleasant staff
Cons:

The staff was rude and largely unavailable at the check-in. I arrived earlier than expected, and the reception was apparently overwhelmed by a group of people leaving the hotel. I waited until all of them left before even approaching the reception to let them know I arrived. Nonetheless, all available staff wouldn't speak to me for a very long while even if they were chatting (in Italia, complaining about the previous guests they just checked out, in front of me-guest), nor apologised for the wait. We asked for checking in and the overall reaction and treatment was far from welcoming.

On top, we received very little assistance when we needed it.

For example, I arrived earlier than the official check-in time and, as no room was available yet, I asked whether there was a quiet place where I could work. No room, desk, or even suitable table was offered, so I ended up having to work from a sofa in the lobby, surrounded by noise and constant activity for hours. I got offered a meeting room to rent out for more than a 100EUR per hour. I was expecting a way different treatment being that nothing less than a business hotel!

On another occasion, I asked for the music in the garden area to be turned down because it was extremely loud. It was difficult for guests to have a conversation, and several people complained. Despite this, none of the staff members present seemed willing to lower the volume. We had to ask several time before someone took the actual time to go inside and lower it.

Finally, during checkout, I was approximately ten minutes late leaving the room. Reception called me repeatedly, and a staff member even came to the door and waited for me to leave. I found this unnecessarily intrusive and unpleasant, especially since there did not appear to be any cleaning staff waiting to access the room, or even cleaning around the floor.

Overall, the level of service was extremely disappointing and made the stay considerably less pleasant than it should have been.

Creo que deberían adoptar la tendencia de limpieza de habitaciones cuando el huésped lo sugiera, especialmente el cambio de toallas y no hacerlo por defecto diariamente
