Receptionist was fast and prompt. Breakfast was good for the EU zone.
We had 2 luggage and 4 carry Ons but the driver left us between the terminals, did not take the effort to drive us to our terminal. This service needs improvement. We are not teenagers anymore to carry hundreds of meters heavy travel items when the shuttle was there available. It Was very disappointing !

A great hotel with friendly helpful staff. A great complimentary breakfast and free airport shuttle just two of the things that made our stay so stress free.
