Pros:

La vue, la piscine

Cons:

Mauvaise odeur tres forte des egoux dans les couloirs.
Odeur de moisie dans les chambres ( on en avait reserve 2) et on a changé de chambre 2 fois sans succès .

Terrible stay.
Pros:

The swimming pool was good. Meryem at the reception was the only one really helpful.

Cons:

- the whole property is 25 yeas old and needs a big refresh. Housekeeping was terrible, always something missing or not cleaned. First room we got we couldn’t even wash ourselves, cold water from the shower and the bath-tube shower head was broken. They announce 3 restaurants open on booking and only one was available with very limited offer. Swimming pool seating is packed early. No activities at all for kids and adults. Evening entertainment is very poor and only on Saturdays. My daughter left a necklace on the night table and it disappeared.

Belle piscine en face de l’océan.

Cons:

Séjour assez décevant. Le check-in prévu à 15h a finalement été effectué à 16h. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas très propre et dégageait une odeur d’humidité. Il manquait également des serviettes dès notre arrivée.

Concernant le nettoyage quotidien, celui-ci était systématiquement effectué très tard, vers 16h30. Le dernier jour, à 17h, la chambre n’avait toujours pas été nettoyée et les serviettes n’avaient pas été renouvelées.

L’organisation du service de ménage et la propreté de la chambre sont donc clairement à améliorer.

Cons:

Le personnel est pour majorité incompétent ou débutant, certaines règles de gestion sont absurdes: on t'oblige a ne pas pouvoir bénéficier ni de la plage ni de la piscine apres checkout.

Einzig die Lage

Cons:

Das Hotel ist heruntergekommen und bräuchte eine Totalsanierung. Alles ist alt und verlottert. Ale wir unser Zimmer bekamen waren keine Bade und Handtücher da. Es dauerte 2 Stunden bis die gebracht wurden. Generell ist der Service schlecht bis sehr schlecht. Auch das WIFI ist sehr schwach.
