Pros:

The area, staff was amazing, great location, great amenities.

Cons:

The phone had no cord in our room. We had to constantly ask for towels. Breakfast was too pricey, for the same thing you get free at any other facility.

Great location great amenities terrible A/C
Pros:

The property is near everything and very clean as well as nice inside. The staff was also extremely friendly.

Cons:

Our rooms air conditioning just could not cool our room off. The entire hotel felt warm from the lobby to the room. We had our temperature set at 61 and still were not comfortable.

Cons:

Smell and cleanliness. The curtains seemed to have never been washed. They left dust residue on our clothing when passing. Also the wand on the curtain was broken so we couldn’t open the curtain properly. Restrooms were clean and so were the sheets. Otherwise, no.

Pros:

Stay was amazing!! Super clean, super nice staff and I must recommend Corey as your driver for any driving needs you may need. The ride was safe and stress free!! Definitely recommend Corey for any of your personal driving needs!!

Pros:

Best Majestic Transportation is the only way to go to the Zach Ryan concert. Mr. Cory has the best rates and he's very professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer!! The Doubletree is clean and comfortable.

Worst part of the trip.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Handicapped was too far from the entrance (I have MS). Got no help with my luggage. I asked for a cart and the desk person said "Another guest must be using it." "It"? There's only one? No further attempt was made to assist.
Air conditioner was crazy loud. Shower handle fell off twice when I was showering. Looked like nothing was.holding it in place.

Double Tree Was Great But Cory Stole The Show!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree, but one of the greatest highlights of my experience was the transportation service provided by Cory at Best Majestic Transportation. Cory was incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and genuinely funny. Hw made every ride enjoyable and comfortable.
He went above and beyond by recommending excellent restaurants, sightseeing attractions, and fun things to do in the area. His suggestions made exploring so much easier and helped us get the most out of our trip. Cory’s warm personality and outstanding service truly made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.
If you’re staying at the DoubleTree and need transportation, I highly recommend requesting Cory with Best Majestic Transportation. He is an absolute gem and a true asset to the guest experience. Thank you, Cory, for helping make our trip so memorable!
