Pros:

Building was clean and tidy

Cons:

I should learn to read reviews properly "red light district"also it's very much a locals area which is fine the food was expensive and horrible majority of places we went to
I'm definitely not a snob but went to a good food hall in raffles mall clean delicious and cheaper than where we stayed
The public transport is brilliant and easy
The motel was pretty good but basic wouldn't stay in that district again though

It is actually comfortable hotel and price is right. I may consider booking it again.
Pros:

there is no breakfast provided, room location is perfect so i don't have bad to say and room is good.

Cons:

you didn't provide a one time tooth brush and tooth paste, not providing water bottle and was informed to get cold water refill at the outside reception area.

Good value for money, clean and convenient.
Pros:

Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean. It was cleaned daily, and it was easy to ask for extra towels or a change of sheets. The hotel is close to bus stops, MRT stations, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants, so the location is quite convenient.

The room had a kettle, fridge, and hairdryer. Overall, everything was fine. The room is quite small, but it is good enough for a short stay and really not a problem.

Cons:

The only downside is that the hotel is located in the red light district, so I would be careful, especially at night. However, that may also be one of the reasons why the hotel is cheaper, so it is understandable. The hotel itself is good.
