Cons:

The absolute position of the staff who would not assign a room before 16:00. Obviously, with a checkout time at 11:00, some room must become available before 16:00. All hotels I have been in in more than 65 countries, try to accommodate clients as rooms become available. The parking lot had only two cars... I cannot imagine that the cleaning staff did not clean any room by my arrival time 12:30. I also did not appreciate a knock on my door before 11:00 AM to inquire if I was leaving on that day.
