Obsługa pomocna, życzliwa i profesjonalna. Śniadanie doprawdy przebogate, syte i zadowoli każde podniebienie. Lokalizacja niemal w centrum z widokiem na Burj Khalifa, takze nic dodać nic ująć! W pobliżu (20 minut piechotą od hotelu) przystanek Shuttle Bus zlokalizowany na parkingu przy Centrum Al Wasl (Al Wasl Centre, tuż za supermarketem Safestway). Autobus za darmo transferuje z lotniska Zayed International Airport (AUH), do oddalonego o około 120 km Dubaju (DXB) pasażerów linii Etihad po uprzedniej rezerwacji (na podstawie biletu).

Stinky room odor, Beds, linen sheets, towels were unhygienic, quite small rooms filled without proper housekeeping, and complementary breakfast was pathetic
