Mold on furniture and 4 room changes
Pros:

Cons:

The first room didn't have a phone and no blackout curtains so you could see into the room from outside. Next room had no phone and the window wouldn't close or lock and could be open from the outside and the room smelled but they gave me spray but then moved me because maintenance didn't have time to fix the window. Third room had white mold on furniture, the carpet was wet, and had a smell. After they refused to give deposit back and relocate because it was prepaid reservation they gave me a fourth room with a bad wet smell and the TV didn't work. I had to leave and get another hotel. Employees weren't accommodating at all after i didn't want to move a 5th time they weee rude and had an attitude because I wouldn't except these rooms with health and safety hazards.

Other than the pool and hot tub being out of order everything else was fine

The pool and hot tub were out of order and it was not listed even though it was out of order when I made my reservation

Never got a chance to stay
Pros:

The location was fine but the staff that evening was horrible and unknowledgeable about my reservation. I attempted to educate her even after she called her supervisor but she remained non chalant and ride. After she continued to be rude I snapped back and I finally left. I wouldn't recommend this facility if thats the normal attitude of the staff.

Staff needs better attitude.
