Great value for money
Pros:

Very clean and spacious. Great value for money. Central location, both close to centre of city and train station. Made moving around the city much easier.

The room was perfect size for two people.

Heel kleine badkamer
Super kleine douche, enkel regendouche, geen koud water.
Pover ontbijt, weinig fruit, weinig broodsoorten, teveel zoetigheden, geen spek.
Wel kregen we bij afrekening 10€ pp/pd korting op ontbijt spontaan aangeboden zonder klacht van ons.

La habitación familiar es grande y cómoda, la cama de matrimonio está muy bien y el mobiliario es nuevo, las camas de los niños se hundían y lo peor es que la habitación familiar es interior y da a un patio lleno de tubos y material de limpieza, el baño es muy pequeño. La ducha es nueva y muy cómoda. En la entrada a la habitación hay doble puerta con un olor a humedad insoportable, entendemos que por eso la doble puerta, dentro no. La cortesía del agua se agradece. Las sábanas y toallas limpias y todas las necesarias. El aire acondicionado estupendo.

Cons:

El desayuno era caro, en la pagina web ponía un precio y en la recepción nos dijeron otro, no hay descuento por niños. El barrio es bastante inseguro. Tienes que estar continuamente pendiente del bolso o la mochila. Hemos encontrado Florencia llena de personas pidiendo, viviendo en la calle, y mucha gente en la más absoluta exclusión social. No entendemos como en una ciudad como Florencia, con la opulencia del arte, las tiendas de lujo, y los impuestos y tasas que cobran hay tantas personas en esta situación social. Si te descuidas un minuto te roban, te intentan distraer y quitarte móvil o cartera. No hay recepción a partir de las 19 h, a partir de una hora, abres con código y llave de contacto, para esto te quedas en un apartamento sin contacto.

Agréable et rapport qualité/prix acceptable. La dame à la réception était super.

Personnel à l'accueil très courtois et agréable. Dépaysement puisque l'hôtel est très différent de ce qu'on retrouve en Amérique.

Cons:

Le nettoyage de la chambre n'a pas été réalisé tôt, on est venu vers 16h pour le faire et j'étais de retour à la chambre. Le nettoyage n'a donc pas été fait. La chambre était très très petite.

Zimmer zu klein. Nur ein Stuhl, keine Ausweichmöglichkeiten mit 2 Personen.
Pool ??? (es war bei unserem Trip einfach zu heiß)

돈이 아깝다

피렌체역에서 가깝다는것을 제외하면 좋은 점이 하나도 없음

예약시 사진으로 보여준 방이 아닌 좁고 긴 형태의 방에 싱글침대를 1자형으로 두개를 배치했으며 매우 비좁아 프런트에 요청하여 1층 주차장 한구석에 있는 아파트(?)로 옮겼음
