I love everything about The Best Western Plus in St.John New Brunswick. It has so much to offer and the hotel itself with all the facilities and everything that is available to guest staying here. It is a beautiful hotel that is very very clean and the location is fantastic. They are located near a shopping mall that has everything you’re gonna need for your stay. There is many, many other stores all around this area.
The very best thing of all is the staff. This has been the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at because of the staff. They are so amazing,kind, empathetic and go over and above to make your stay wonderful.

I have been dealing with a very difficult time since I came back from British Columbia on 18 July as my father is dying and how everyone has treated me back here. They have all made it very difficult for me to be able to see my dad and spend any quality time with him. I have only seen him four times since arriving and I have a feeling that he did pass away yesterday or the night before, but there’s no way that I can confirm it because I am not listed as his family that is allowed to find out how he’s doing, so nobody will tell me anything.

The staff at the hotel have been aware of what I’ve been going through as I’ve been very emotional and have talked to them about my situation. They have offered nothing but comfort, empathy and support to me when I need someone to talk to. I do not interrupt them if they’re busy as I can see how busy this hotel is, and I understand why it is a very popular hotel as it’s amazing in every way you can imagine. I am going to try to leave here and go back to BC by August 14 I have spent 12 days in total stay here and I want to say to other staff and the owner thank you so much you understanding and kindness towards me when I needed it the most. Executive King Suite was roomy and comfortable. Separate living room area with pull out couch, desk, coffee table and TV, followed by sink and washroom area, then bedroom with TV. Being able to close the bedroom door was great - this avoided having to hear guests talking or laughing in the hallway. A variety of good options for breakfast. Nearby restaurants, shops, cinema. Would stay here again.

Extraordinary cleanliness! The room even smelled fresh! The breakfast room is also well done. The coffee machine at breakfast was a most unexpected delight!!!

Hotel was perfect for our stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were (Young man and young lady) helpful and very friendly. They made sure our rooms were ready before letting us go to our rooms. Great suggestions on places to eat the visit while in town. Breakfast was nicely set up and generous with the food. Breakfast staff were always smiling and helpful. They have an elevator.

It’s a modern building with plenty of parking and a restaurant in walking distance.
