Fantastisch!
Pros:

Vriendelijke personeel, grote kamers, lekker bed. De accommodatie is schoon en netjes. Wij vonden het heerlijk om te verblijven buiten de medina, dit gaf rust en je zit toch in de buurt van alle faciliteiten

Pros:

The rooms are large and the pool is lovely, always plenty of sunbeds.
The all inclusive is good value and you can try a mix of local and international cuisine.

Cons:

The pool bar didnt have much choice if cocktails that were included in the All inclusive and they were generally mixed from a bottle and served without mixing in a machine.
There was no draught beer for a few days , however you could go to the inside bar and get it.

Pros:

recommande à 350 % cet établissement. De la chambre aux repas, en passant par le petit-déjeuner, la propreté, la qualité du service et le personnel sympathique, tout était au rendez-vous. Digne d’un 5 étoiles, vous méritez amplement ces 5 étoiles. Merci !

Cons:

Petit point d’attention concernant le service conciergerie : faites attention aux informations parfois incorrectes.

Great hotel for relaxing few days in the sun
Pros:

Food was fantastic- particularly the desserts
Staff were lovely and even upgraded us on arrival
The shuttle service into the centre was free and very useful

Cons:

The outside balcony of the room could have done with an upgrade, it had a lot of wear and tear and was quite dirty.
Location is close to the airport but not much else in the area.

Bel établissement confortable.
Pros:

Bel établissement, très grandes chambres, confortables, bien insonorisées. Bonne literie. Très propre. Deux piscines extérieures, dans un parc agréable. Sur les trois restaurants, l’international est de loin le plus fréquenté pour ses buffets à volonté, proposant des plats classiques, variés, de bonne qualité, qui explique un prix assez elevé (40 euros /pers). Petit déjeuner également en buffet de meme qualité. Personnel vraiment tres gentil, toujours attentionné et souriant. Globalement le rapport qualité-prix est très bon.

Cons:

L’hôtel est en périphérie du centre, env. 15 min en taxi de la place Jemaa El-Fna (10 euros) mais c’est le corollaire d’un prix plus doux.
Les équipements sont globalement très qualitatifs, conformes à un hotel de ce standing, mais on regrette un entretien pas très rigoureux. Ce n’est pas grand chose, une télécommande qui ne marche pas, un robinet qui goutte, une patère qui se déchausse du mur… Des petits détails mais qui peuvent agacer.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel et le service de navette

Cons:

Accueil bâclé, la personne n’était pas à son affaire, faisait plusieurs choses en même temps, nous a donné la clé de notre chambre et le wifi, sans autres explications! Nous arrivons à notre chambre, celle-ci était occupée!!!! Autre chambre donnée avec un grand lit, alors que nous avions demandé 2 lits séparés!
Le service de chambre moyen, laisse des verres sales, ne vide pas le cendrier
Le pire, c’est le bar de la piscine, personnel pas très sympathique, le client doit toujours se déplacer au bar pour commander, aucun passage des serveurs à la piscine alors qu’ils sont 4 employés! Ici, c’est le client qui doit débarrasser sa table sinon ça reste toute l’après-midi! Je n’ai jamais vu ça dans d’autres hôtels et je vais souvent à Marrakech
Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel et je le recommanderais pas à quelqu’un. Très déçue
Le personnel n’est pas qualifié du tout et ne répond pas aux attentes des européens
Tout est à revoir
