Not a good value for money!
Pros:

The room was big and spacious. It was a Morracan style hotel with a big lobby and resort.

Cons:

Elevator was broken!
Long distance walking to the rooms!
No iron table was provided and the iron was not working properly!
Breakfast was not five star at all!
The furniture in the room was not very clean and well maintained. No conditioner was provided in the bathroom!

Pros:

Hôtel où l’on a l’habitude d’aller depuis presque 10 ans. La piscine toujours aussi propre et grande mais manque des carreaux de carrelage
Très déçu cette fois-ci sur nos 3 réservations pour ce qu’on a payé.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner jus d’orange à l’eau.
Chambre très vieillotte énormément de poussière au dessus du meuble qui nous tombait dessus en voulant attraper un moustique, robinetterie à changer d’urgence, l’extérieur est très bien entretenu mais malheureusement ce n’est pas le cas de l’intérieur. Des demandes via booking qui sont resté sans réponses.

Je suis venu en haute saison et le Service n’était pas du tout à la hauteur, les chambres étaient hyper poussiéreuses. Le ménage n’est pas fait régulièrement. Je suis arrivé un jour sans que le ménage n’ai été fait

Pros:

L’extérieur, c’est un bel hôtel mais mal entretenu. Les chambres sont peu entretenues. L’hôtel est bien placé

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment loin d’être à la hauteur d’un 5*. Je dirai même qu’il est presque nul. De plus les chambres sont faites très tard (17h) malgré des demandes récurrentes. Le personnel de l’hôtel n’est pas des plus agréables.

Le seul point fort esr l'emplacement.

Cons:

Je ne suis resté qu'une seule nuit, donc je n'ai pas tout testé. Par contre, le petit déjeuné était très moyen et pas digne d'un 5 *. Les meubles des chambres vetustes. Les drats et les oreillés pas conforrables...
