The stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and it was worthy of a 5 star rating!
Pros:

This was a beautiful hotel in a very nice setting with traditional architecture and amazing staff. The customer service was excellent and staff went above and beyond to accommodate any requests.

Cons:

Air conditioning did have a fault in one of our rooms.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à l’hôtel kenzi menara place ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés dans une chambre avec vue sur la piscine, sans aucun supplément. Un geste très apprécié qui a parfaitement lancé nos vacances.

La piscine est immense, très propre et idéale pour toute la famille. Nos enfants se sont énormément amusés et en ont profité chaque jour.

Côté restauration, tout était excellent. Les plats étaient aussi beaux que délicieux, avec une belle présentation et beaucoup de saveurs. Nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin.

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe de restauration, et plus particulièrement aux serveurs, qui ont été d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriants, attentifs et à l’écoute. Leur professionnalisme et leur bonne humeur ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et une seule envie : revenir ! C’est une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter. À refaire !

Bon hôtel dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Mention spéciale à tous les employés de l'hôtel qui sont vraiment adorables, souriants et d'une grande gentillesse( hospitalité à la Marocaine 🙏❤️!!! La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

Les extras pour des crêpes ou glaces et pizzas je trouve un abusif pour un tout inclus !!!!
J'ai trouvé le buffet pas très quantitatif , manque de variétés!! Restaurant a coter qui mets la musique a fond jusqu'à 1h ou 2h .... mais le personnel dacceuil m'a tout de suite trouver une solution !!!merci
