Comportement inacceptable
Pros:

Le lieu est top la piscine et les animateurs sont incroyables. Les chambres sont un peu vétustes mais le rapport qualité prix reste acceptable

Cons:

Nous avons eu un incident grave avec mon épouse et le responsable de réception de nuit. Je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans cet établissement qui ne respecte pas sa clientèle.

Pros:

Très belle hôtel avec piscine; animations super avec Pitcho (ni trop ni trop pru, il y a du calme aussi)
Le personnel comme Douae au pool bar, Susso et ses gentillesse avec les enfants, Ilyass tres accueillant et gentil, Anas, au bar le soir ou au resto, qui apprenait l'arabe à ma fille super!
Merciiiii à Khalid qui nettoie tres bien la piscine, est super gentil et sympa, il nous apporte nos serviettes.....

Cons:

Que malgré un all-in de ce prix, quelques autres boissons ne soient pas comprisent comme quelques cocktails classiques (spritz, cosmopolitan .....), ce sont des extras chers.
Pareil pour la glace de la fille...

Like a fairytale

Our stay at Kenzi Menara Palace was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is stunning, the atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxing, and every detail feels thoughtfully designed. The rooms were beautiful, the facilities were excellent, and the food and drinks were fantastic.

What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. Their hospitality was second to none.

We did experience a small issue with flying ants during our stay, but what impressed us most was how quickly and professionally the team handled it. They responded immediately, kept us informed, and made sure the situation was resolved as smoothly as possible. It never took away from our overall experience.
The hotel exceeded all of our expectations. It perfectly combines luxury, style, and outstanding service. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

That we only were there for 2 nights. Next time we’ll stay much longer!

Pros:

La chambre est très spacieuse, ainsi que la salle de bain.
Le buffet est très bon et varié. Chaque jour il y a un thème différent et il y a des plats marocains tous les jours, ainsi que des basiques pour plaire à tous. Certains soirs, le buffet et les tables sont dressées à l'extérieur, c'est très agréable (plus que de manger dans la salle de restaurant).
Certains membres du personnel se démarquent par leur gentillesse et leurs attentions envers les clients (Saîd à la piscine, Douane au bar de la piscine et le serveur salle du bar l'orientaliste notamment).
Coté animation, nous avons adoré le duo Adil alias Pitcho et Ilyass, ainsi que Soussou et Abdel ! gentils, souriants et plein de bonne humeur :-) ils ont vraiment embelli notre séjour !

Cons:

Les tables extérieures au petit déjeuner ne sont pas nettoyées.
Il n'y a pas de service de boisson à table au petit déjeuner.
Certains serveurs au restaurant sont désagréables (on dirait qu'on les dérange).
Pas de place dans le frigo de la chambre pour mettre des bouteilles d'eau, il est rempli d'articles sur-facturés.
Le ménage de la chambre est fait tardivement (après-midi). impossible de se reposer à la chambre (aspirateur, bruits de déplacement de meubles, chariots, personnel d'entretien),
C'est notre 4ème séjour au kenzi menara palace, je trouve que les équipements commencent à être vieillissants, et mériteraient d'être renouvelés.

Parfait pour un séjour relax à Marrakech!!!
Pros:

la taille de la chambre, la vue sur la piscine, la propreté des installations, l'amabilité du personnel et leur réactivité (j'avais un problème, la télé ne marchait pas, je l'ai signalé et le problème a été réglé)

Cons:

Les installations commencent à vieillir un peu. Il faudrait une mise à jour même si cela n'enlève en rien la qualité de l'existant
