On revient toujours..là !
Pros:

Client fidèle depuis 2009, (Avec un célèbre Rallye-Raid...) je reviens chaque fois avec le même plaisir dans cet hôtel, devenu une étape incontournable de nos périples dans le sud marocain.

Emplacement idéal, excellent rapport qualité-prix, prestations de qualité et grand parking pour les 4x4.

Un grand merci à Kaouter pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme.

Pros:

Gewoon super hotel! Kamer was groot met een heerlijk bed dat is voor mij echt een belangrijk detail.
Service is super vanaf het moment dat je de deur binnenkomt tot dat je weer naar huis gaat.
Er is aan alles gedacht en de keukens zijn ook echt heel erg goed.
Het zwembad is groot en er zijn genoeg ligbedjes voor iedereen.
Snelle wifi, koelkast op kamer, lekker bad, smart tv.
Ben echt niets te kort gekomen

Cons:

Ik kan zo niks bedenken dan moet ik echt gaan zoeken.
Was gewoon super verblijf.

Les chambres sont agréables et très propres

Cons:

Le jeune qui s'occupe des serviettes de piscine est très très désagréable. pas de bonjour . Pour nous mettre un parasol ca a été compliqué. Une journée on avait du rap comme musique. Mais on se serait cru dans une cité. Bon bref vraiment pas bien.
Mon fils avait une chambre côté boîte de nuit . Il n'a pas vraiment bien dormi.

Saleté chambre
Changement chambre car trop loin pas de Clim pas de coffre et sale pour autre chambre plus proche réception mais absolument sans vue sauf celle de salle du resto: merci l intimité +/ bruyiut car les climatisation du restaurant était juste devant notre chambre et n'avons jamais pu , dormir, avec la fenêtre ouverte, aucune vue jardin, comme sur l'annonce
Trouvé gros cafard dans chambre , lavabos bouchés, robinetterie de salle de bain catastrophique,
Sanitaires en très mauvais état, idem sèche cheveux seule chose bien : 2 bouteilles eau offertes par jour !!!

Ons verblijf was heerlijk! Faciliteiten en personeel super
Pros:

Gastvrijheid en service. Zwembad en kamer (alleen jammer dat er geluidsoverlast is)

Cons:

Kamer lag tegenover een restaurant/club waardoor het geluid van de muziek enorm hard was

Pros:

Staff are kind and helpful , they upgraded us to suite room .

Cons:

The mattress is hard and the pillows super big and so hard , don’t understand why they put these hard pillows 😬! We both couldn’t sleep . Internet wasn’t good in the room , luckily we only stayed for 2 days .

Cons:

Mobilier qui date de mathusalem , plein de fourmis et insecte dans la chambre . On a appelé la réception à 3h du matin pour nous changer de chambre.
