Luktade avlopp på rummet,hjälpte inte att spola vatten i vattenlåset . Trasiga lampor på toaletten, gällde spegel ljuset.

Vårat rum nr 126 var fruktansvärt varmt och syrefattigt. Ganska litet rum. Det värsta var att utanför fönstret har Bishop Arms sina utebord. Så man får fyllefesten precis utanför fönstret till kl. 01.00 på natten. Frukosten fattades prinskorven.

Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in Västerås!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, wir konnten unser Auto auf dem Parkplatz abstellen und durften am Abreisetag noch die Fahrräder benutzen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und in einem tollen Raum.

Vienas geriausių viešbučių, kuriuose teko apsistoti!

Nuo pat atvykimo buvome sutikti labai šiltai. Administratorės buvo nepaprastai malonios, profesionalios ir visada pasiruošusios padėti. Labai maloni smulkmena, kad visos viešnagės metu svečiai gali nemokamai vaišintis kava, o vaikui buvo įteikta miela pasitikimo dovanėlė.

Kambarys buvo erdvus, labai tvarkingas ir patogus. Ypač patiko didelis pagalvių pasirinkimas, kokybiška patalynė ir viskas, ko reikia patogiai viešnagei. Tapkutės, chalatai.

Viešbutyje yra sporto salė ir sauna, todėl po aktyvios dienos buvo puiku atsipalaiduoti.

Vieta ideali, pačiame miesto centre, todėl daugumą lankytinų vietų galima lengvai pasiekti pėsčiomis.

Pusryčiai tiesiog nuostabūs. Labai didelis pasirinkimas, švieži ir kokybiški produktai, viskas skanu ir gausiai papildoma.

Nuoširdžiai dėkojame visam personalui už išskirtinį svetingumą. Tai viešbutis, į kurį tikrai norėtųsi sugrįžti dar kartą.

Venlig og god betjening, samt et godt ophold til en fornuftig pris.
Pros:

Meget fin morgenmad, men lidt trist at der kun er margarine og ikke rigtigt smør.. Mange vegetariske og laktosefri tilbud, hvis man er til det. Venlig og god betjening, samt et godt ophold til en fornuftig pris.

Jeg kommer igen næste gang jeg er i Västerås.
