el servicio y las instalaciones, limpieza y amabilidad del personal.
lo que no me gusto es que te mandan un mensaje a las 7 am de la mañana para que te salgas a tiempo y no es necesario que hagan eso. sentí que me estaban corriendo. además te dicen que pagues lo que debes aunque ya esta liquidado. creo que es el sistema no el personal. de hecho lo observe en la administracion y se disculparon
The room size and mattress were good, the hotel looks nice from the outside
Needs remodel, rooms are old, I asked for a crib and they gave me the crib and the mattress no sheets or pillow for the crib, the staff was not helpful when I asked for sheets they said they will see if they have one.

TODO MUY BIEN, HABITACIÓN ESPACIOSA, COLCHONES COMFORTABLES, NO HABIA RUIDO EN LA NOCHE, SE PUEDE DESCANSAR.
LO UNICO QUE NO ME GUSTÓ ES QUE LOS MUEBLES YA SE VEN UN POCO ANTIGUOS Y PASADOS DE MODA EN COLOR CHOCOLATE Y LA TELEVISIÓN FALTABA TV POR CABLE.
Nada me gusto de este hotel, solo la ubicacion podria ser buena pero pierde todo el encanto al entrar a la habitacion
Terrible hotel... encontre MUCHAS cucarachas, mucho cabello en la pared de la regadera, portazos todo el tiempo, llame a recepcion y nunca atendieron, no pude dormir toda la noche y muy sorprendido de que sea un hotel de cadena y tenga estas condiciones, jamas volveria a este hotel, al final cuando sali informe a la recepcion y solo me dijeron ok lo tomaremos en cuenta.
