Just what we needed for an event at the stadium.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was very good

Cons:

Shower gel and shampoo attached to the wall. I prefer them closer to the shower or easy to reach from the bath.

A lovely stat at a good handy location.

A number of issues were raised with staff regarding our room that weren’t corrected immediately but were taken seriously and compensation awarded to complete satisfaction.

Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff!
Pros:

Good hotel, friendly staff, good parking and gym. Breakfast was simple, but good, plenty and hot! Bed was comfy and smart tv.

Cons:

Bedroom doors are loud when closing, which you can hear down the hall in the morning.

We flew into the Manchester Box Cup on the Fri - great welcome from the staff. Won the Final - FAB!!
Pros:

The Staff were ALL first class from when we met Tracy and Sarah - Lovely people. I must also mention the two ladies who were on duty Sunday evening. They werte great too. friendly, bubbly, interested and genuine. Well done on finding greart staff - we struggle with staff in Marbella - any of those fancy a working holiday they can work for us!!!!!

Pros:

Stayed here many times and usually it is excellent. On this occasion there was a boxing tournament for juniors at the nearby sports village so there were lots of 5-15 Yr olds with parents and coaches who had no control over them they were feral grabbing food from the buffet in there hands and generally misbehaving. The supermarket just next to the hotel eventually banned them as they ran riot in there as well.
