Tuba oli ilus suur ja avar, hommiku ja õhtusöök suure valikuga, aga asukoht oli küll ranna ääres, aga jube lärmakas piirkond ja peokeskuse lähedal, kõik aknad kostusid väga läbi, magada oli suht võimatu.

Eine Wohlfühloase auf höchstem Niveau, die alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat.

Wir sind ursprünglich beruflich in diesem Hotel gelandet und hatten ehrlich gesagt zunächst unsere Zweifel. Bei der Lage an der Playa de Palma dachten wir, dass es vermutlich ein typisches Urlaubshotel sein würde. Was wir vorgefunden haben, war jedoch das genaue Gegenteil.

Das Hotel ist eine echte Wohlfühloase auf einem außergewöhnlich hohen Niveau. Tatsächlich haben wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts kaum vom Hotelgelände wegbewegt, weil es einfach keinen Grund dafür gab.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Egal ob Rezeption, Restaurant, Poolbereich oder Beach Club: Alle Mitarbeitenden waren ausnahmslos herzlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an William, der uns täglich am Pool betreut hat. Mit seiner charmanten, empathischen und stets gut gelaunten Art hat er unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

Das Essen verdient ebenfalls ein besonderes Lob. Wir reisen beruflich und privat sehr viel, aber ein Abendbuffet in dieser Qualität und Vielfalt haben wir tatsächlich noch nie erlebt. Die Auswahl war enorm, die Qualität der Speisen hervorragend und alles wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail präsentiert.

Auch der direkt angrenzende Beach Club ist ein echtes Highlight. Als Hotelgast erhält man freien Eintritt und findet dort eine großartige Atmosphäre mit stilvollem Ambiente, guter Musik und einem sehr angenehmen Publikum.

Was uns am meisten begeistert hat, war die Kombination aus hoher Qualität, Professionalität und gleichzeitig einer unglaublich herzlichen Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich nicht wie eine Zimmernummer, sondern wirklich willkommen.

Wir waren mehr als beeindruckt und freuen uns bereits darauf, wiederzukommen.

Cons:

Hvis du kan lide at sove skal du ikke vælge dette hotel. Der er larm 24/7. Værelserne er ekstremt dårligt isoleret og der er fest på gaden hele natten og du er ikke i tvivl om at naboen snorker…. Har faktisk aldrig sovet så dårligt på et hotel før.
