Pros:

Die öffentlich zugänglichen Bereiche waren sehr schön. Der Spabereich scheint sehr einladend für einen Urlaub im Winter. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer müsste dringend saniert werden. Das Holz an der Badtür fault schon weg, sodass es im Bad ständig modrig und nach Schimmel riecht. Die Chloreinheiten bei der Reinigung helfen hier nicht mehr. Die Situation im Zimmer rechtfertigt den Preis nicht und auch keinesfalls die 4,5 Sterne. Wir kommen wieder, wenn die Bude saniert ist.

Locatie goed, ongeveer 20 min van
Palma centrum. En dichtbij de luchthaven.

Cons:

Kamer was gelegen aan drukke baan. Veel nachtlawaai door de uitgangsbuurt.

Hotel confortable
Pros:

l'hôtel est très propre et confortable, la piscine et le Beach club sont très agréables, tout comme les serveurs qui sont aux petits soins, la proximité de la plage est un plus (juste à traverser la route), nous n'avons mangé qu'une fois au restaurant avec buffet où la nourriture y est correcte

Cons:

Quartier bruyant, nous avions une chambre côté rue donc cela était accentué, avec beaucoup de bars à proximité donc inapproprié pour les personnes qui recherchent du calme (ou s'assurer d'avoir une chambre vue mer) De plus nous avons trouvé que les commerces et bars à proximité étaient "un peu cheap" et où la clientèle était très alcoolisée de jour comme de nuit, donc on a pris le temps de sélectionner et réserver des bars en rooftop et restaurants qui correspondaient un peu plus à nos attentes.

un super séjour vraiment relaxant

La grande propreté du lieu et des chambres. Le buffet trés rich, généreux, et bon ! La piscine et le spa gratuits!

Breakfast and dinner were great additions and the pool area is great to relax.

Cons:

If you are in rooms 10-18, ask for a room change as it get very noisy in the hallway. There was something being filmed while we were staying, they did not notify us and we were expected to work around the film crew despite being guests of the hotel. The film crew were very rude to us and said we were not allowed to use the lifts and certain areas of the hotel. When we spoke to the hotel staff they said there was nothing they could do.

A fost un sejur plăcut.
Pros:

Aproape de plajă, restaurante și cluburi (viața de noapte). Personal foarte amabil. Priveliște minunată cu vedere la mare. Mic de jun bun și diversificat.

Cons:

Puține șezlonguri la piscină (trebuie să te trezești să ocupi până la ora 9) și fără plajă privată a hotelului.
