The best value in a perfect location we could find over the years of visiting Prague.
Pros:

Location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A/C that works - priceless asset in today's hot climate.

Excellent breakfast with great service. One waiter in particular, Jazaria, (we though she was the manager of the breakfast room) was so professional, intelligent, and clearly guiding her other colleagues, that we took down her name to thank her personally in a review. Such employees can leave lasting positive impression of the whole hotel on guests.

Cons:

A fan in the bathroom and thicker blackout curtains would make the rooms even more comfortable.

Towel drier was available but turned off in one room, and non existent in another.

Those are very small issues, and we would not even mention them if not prompted.

Pros:

女一人旅でしたがホテルの周辺は閑静で治安も良く、観光地や駅へのアクセスも良かったため、とても便利で安心して過ごすことが出来ました。
部屋はもちろん清潔で、清掃も行き届いていました。
朝食はシンプルですが、むしろその為日本人の口にも合うお料理が数多く用意されていて、とても美味しく頂きました。

위치가 좋음
고객서비스란게 뭔지 보여주는 곳
직원들의 환대가 대단함
주변에 내가 좋아하는 카페가 여럿 있었음
카를교랑 올드타운이랑 가까운데 또 바로 코앞은 아니라서 그렇게 번잡스럽지 않음
같은 골목에 경찰서 있어서 안전감 듬
근데 입구가 좀 독특함ㅋ

Cons:

객실 찾는게 미로 같음
내 객실까지 빙빙 돌아 많이 걸어야 했음
이 숙소에 안묵어야 할 이유는 아님

Terrific Location, Affordable, with Great Staff, Spacious, Quiet Rooms, and a Delicious Breakfast
Pros:

Wonderful location close to the Old Town and Charles Bridge. Beauiful and quiet interior with very helpful staff and a really delicious breakfast (not free, but worth every penny). Would gladly stay there again.

Hôtel calme et bien situé pour visiter le centre de Prague
Pros:

Déjeuné avec bcp de choix. Hélas pas de pain chocolat et juste quelques mini croissants. Pour le reste tout était parfait

Great location, super friendly staff and wonderful rooms.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location in Old Prague. They also provided loads of information regarding the sites which were walkable from the hotel.

Cons:

They need to add a ramp entry for the mobility impaired. Several steps must be negotiated to enter the lobby. It would also help with bringing in your luggage.
