Location, room was clean, nice lobby.

Cons:

Was put in a room behind the elevator. Listened to it most of the night. Didn't get breakfast do to people not having common courtesy not to pile their plates to capacity like their the only ones eating.

Very nice & relaxing…. Better get to breakfast extra early.
Pros:

Close to The Island in Pigeon Forge.
Convenient parking, although it was across the street from hotel.

Cons:

Was not impressed with breakfast… the morning we were there it ran out of food an hour early. I had to ask to even get a banana, cause I needed something to eat to take medicine. Only had a banana & waffle.

For the he money it was just ok
Pros:

The room was nice and close to walking to the Island.

Cons:

The pools and hot tub were nasty, the breakfast was just ok.
I told the staff twice and they never apologized. There was a roach bug in our room.

geat place and location
Pros:

location cannot be beat. Reasonable rate. I brought my mobility scooter and had no problem getting around even to the Island. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again. Great view of the island from our balcony.
