I will definateely visit again. Distance was great to the Ferris Wheel and shops.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast.. Slept through it. The matress on the bed was a bit hard. The pillows were a bit too soft. The room was great. Was able to get enough towels as cleaner came by. LOVED having the beach towels. That mad a big difference! Pool was very nice!

Cons:

The mattress was a bit too hard. The pillows on the king bed were a bit too big for comfort and a bit too soft. Needed a good chair to sit in that supports older folks. Instead of having to go to the bed.

Dirty, noisy, discriminatory, not what I paid for.
Pros:

The morning shift lady was kind.

Cons:

The afternoon staff were discriminating against my appearance and let multiple people check in before me. I also waited over an hour for my room to be ready while watching those 20 ppl check in and my room “still wasn’t ready”. ( mind you I also called ahead and was told my room would be ready by 3:30pm) They also ended up having to book me in a room that wasn’t what I paid for and a huge downgrade. It’s also not clean. The bathroom sink leaked the whole time and the AC unit made a horrible racket all night. Word of advice stay at the one in Gatlinburg!

Clean hotel. Nice staff. Great location. I would recommend. My only complaint is the railing on the deck but that’s kind

Cons:

The top rail height on the balcony is right at eye level. This wouldn’t be an issue but they use a full size decking board layed on its side so if you’re sitting down you can’t see off the deck. Just a bad design.
